Chicago style bungalow. Originally built in 1920. Gut rehabbed and expanded in 2005. Maybe 1800 above grade living space. Great area close to public transportation, tree lined streets, and phenomenal public schools. Paid about $500k in 2005. House maybe worth $550,000 today.
