Just imagine a person who has never heard of her sees her because the left is in full on dis belief someone wore "that".
The before mentioned person goes to their favorite interweb device.
They look her up and listen with their little ears. ANd they like it, wonder what happens next. (hint they buy her music)

OR they see this person they've never heard of pissing off the left with her dress and run out to buy her cd before listening to it as a symbolic eff you to the left? You can't see that possibility in the slightest? Because I see it as HIGHLY likely.

Hey I heard them referred to as records well into the 90's and 00's. I deserve some more time with "cds".

Hey. I'm not completely partisan blasted that I can't agree some on the right may actually listen to her cd before buying. I guess we could keep an eye on her sales to see if they maintain following this event or they drop off immediately afterwards.

The regressive left is the conformist establishment.

The regressive left is the PTB, especially in Holllwood/music/entertainment industry,

I think that's awesome of her. I think these Hollywood stars all get threats from the elite if they don't tow the party narrative. This was like Subliminal messaging. MAGA.

I bet she is going to pay dearly for her little "stunt". She must be taught a lesson, and be made an example of. What if everyone in HWood did this?

I don't know how subliminal it was though, it was kinda right out there.

Wouldn't mind seeing more of this than seeing Meryl Streep cry about her Trump problems.

Ditto!

I give her two thumbs up...

She has my respect, for not going with the angry flow of celebrity absurdity.

Des

you do irony quite well....trump (a television celebrity), won with an "angry flow of celebrity absurdity"

The flood of detractors are the sheep.

Project much?

She would not have been invited to the grammy's to begin with unless they appreciated and respected her musical talent.

Why didn't you passionately hate her and her music before she wore this dress?

You just jumped on the bandwagon of hate like all the other sheep.

The odd thing about knowing people, is that until you do, you don't.

And you do have to meet or at least learn of their existence at some time. If you don't meet or know of their existence you will not know them at all.

True. But when I look for new music, I generally don't start listening to it because of politically controversial statements the artist made. I tend to care about the musical content more than their individual day-to-day opinions.

Politically controversial statements in the songs are another matter altogether.

Ok, but this is how things happen and how people get recognized. Media can be/is a weapon.

My neighbor went to the Grammies and he owns a furniture store in the Midwest...He and his wife go every year. The vast majority of people you see in the audience paid for their tickets.
