I think you're right. I know a few folks that were 'let me live my life and leave me alone' types until Bernie came along and they switched. Now, Trump's the devil to them. When I tried to ask them a similar question all I got was a tirade of the anti rhetoric. Some of it very untrue. I didn't push it, these are long time friends. They accept that I disagree with most socialism, democratic or otherwise.

I've mentioned a few times around here that I'm no blind Trump supporter but my issues with him are mostly personal and not political. I don't like his ego and I have a bit of an anti-wealthy streak. Politically I'm pro-choice so I disagree with anything that's going to mess with that.

Beyond that I'm neutral to him as a president. I think the senate and congress need to work out their issues and that's more of a problem than whom the president is. I hope he can wrangle in some of the corruption. I really would like to see freedom from religion equalized to freedom of religion but I don't think that will ever happen. I can't blame him for that one.

Honestly, I'm just happy we didn't end up with Hillary. I'll take Trump just to be free from that.

Anywhoozle, people are just frustrated that we aren't living in utopia but the left have imprinted their own impression of utopia and there's no way that Trump can be the leader of that, Hillary would also be a poor choice.

And she would not adhere to labels like 'lesbian'. She'll love men/woman/dogs/hippo's all the same.
Why even label?? She's gonna give good good loving to whatever she wants and it'll be cool cause we're all free to love whatever.

She (using that term lightly) will also probably have a degree in cultural arts or something similarly useless.

What where they thinking with Hillary though?? Choosing a candidate who rigged the DNC election, scrubbed her illegal e-mail servers with bleachbit and not to mention pg.

I was thinking the other day how her poor IT guy must have been stressing when Hillary made the call: "Get rid of it all!! Scrub all the drives!!" - I would call her a witch and deliberately leave all the data intact.

What qualities do people need to possess in order to meet your classification of "awesome"? Do they need to have the same mindset and take part in the same behaviours as you? Share the same beliefs and philosophies as you in life?

Religion is not the problem. Get rid of religion and some other belief system or political ideology will take its place and cause problems. Sure, religion has done more harm than good, but it's not as if all our issues would disappear if we got rid of it.

I don' want Trump dead , broke or in jail but I do want him gone , after that I would quite like to see a sane President take his place and rescue the US from the fate that awaits it.

I think the problem is people always wanting. Is it a want or a need? I don't want anything but I need my government to start listening to all the people. I need them to quit thinking along party lines. I need them to take care of our own first. I need some new people in office. I need term limits. I need to be taxed less. I need a bright future for our children. I'm needy. I really don't think my needs are ever going to be met with the yahoos we have in office right now.

As far as Presidente' Trump is concerned, I believe he should change his name to Triggerer.

Again, at this point, I don't think it matters who is in office. The tide has soured in regards to government and the elite. Too much is out in the open. The corruption has been revealed and a large percentage of the "peasants" are tired.
