EDIT: I went and found the story myself. Trump doesn't have the power to change the law by himself. The verbiage in his executive order seems like feel good nonsense to me.

You can't expect insurers to cover everyone without enforcing the mandate. If this becomes an issue, the insurance companies will sue. The Congress had better get busy on repeal and replace before this comes back to haunt him.

The mandate has not been enforced yet. People who don't want Obamacare are not buying it. The meager penalty is "toothless".

Today, yet ANOTHER ObamaCare replacement plan was unveiled by GOP leadership. It enables some states to keep ObamaCare, and others to go a different route.

This particular plan would make the overall USA medical system far more complicated than it already is.

I hope President Trump intercedes and stops this typical government snowballing of ideas and complexities to stop. His candidate for Health and Human Services (Tom Price) needs to be confirmed ASAP, so he can get to work on choosing a specific replacement and recommending it to the President.

President Trump has been meeting with Democrats this week. He's serious when he says that if Republicans won't come together, he'll work with Democrats, for the good of the American people. WE are who he serves and cares about. Not the "special interests" that have so many in Congress lying and deceiving, on a daily basis.
