A witness carrying on a conversation with Shep Smith is saying that Nelson is wrong. The shooter did not just calmly sit down. The shooter was being yelled at and told to sit down.

Which was confirmed as inaccurate live on TV with the eye witness. He did not just sit down. He was told to sit down by police with trained guns on him.
