What we know at this point is there was a single shooter in Terminal 2. Fox is hinting that panic in Terminal 1 was due to United pilot saying he smelled gun powder. The panic in the parking deck was because a shot was heard. Which leads me to the question, is it possible that what sounded like a shot was something else - a car backfiring or something heavy was dropped? Maybe the extent of this isn't what it appears to be.

Take a look at the TSA people at the airports and see how professional they look and if they even care about what is going on most of the time.
