He's in in January. Until then not officially. He can't appoint special anything. But most important, until then Obama can pardon. And many of us think this is the reason why they didn't go forward at the time because the DOJ blocked them.

Agreed!

The next few months until January 20th will be interesting.

I'm paying attention. I think (hope) other are too.

When Trump names Rudy Giuliani Attorney General all hell will break loose.

And as much as I feel for the turmoil I see ahead related to this, I think it's a necessary catharsis for this nation.

It's time to reboot. Seriously.

That was my first thought too as I am not of fan of Newt in the least.

But I saw an interview he did on CNN yesterday and it looks to me like he's mellowed a bit, and most importantly he's still *very* smart. As a matter of fact he buried the CNN interviewer on some facts related to the 2000 election. She clearly did not only not know her the facts/history regarding the Supreme court case Gore v. USA, but when Newt pointed about the facts to her she quickly ended the interview. As a matter of fact she didn't even know the case existed. Are you flocking kidding me?!?

I'm sure David Boise and Ted Olsen were mortified too. lol

It was a beautiful thing to watch if you despise the MSM like I do.

And yes....my God....think of the children
