Thank you SnapChat and other social media outfits! I'm sure in very small writing in the Terms and Conditions they told us they would be using our "data", so I guess we shouldn't complain...

Not surprising. I was arrested over a traffic warrant about 9 years ago in a small backwoods Tennessee town and they actually had a retina scanner they scanned me with. I'm talking in a less than 1000 people small town. Why would they have that? Always creeped me out.

Nowhere does it say God granted ANY rights, if you don't believe in God, does that mean you don't have rights? Also, there is no license requirement to ride a horse. Moving around the earth is not a privilege, it's a right, the fact that you honestly believe it's a privilege is telling.

The basic argument that the state owns the roads is ridiculous. A non-person cannot own anything, and furthermore, it's the collective public that pay for the maintenance of the public road system. I.E. It's communal -- which means owned by the community. The state is just a body of people who we for some reason believe have the right to remove our rights in order to keep the public "safe" which it absolutely does NOT do in any real capacity. It's just a placebo, in fact -- I think there is more crime BECAUSE of the state.

In my honest opinion, there is almost virtually no real criminals that aren't MADE on purpose by the state/federal government. They ship guns in crates to gangsters in Chicago, they ship drugs into the hands of these same gangsters, and that makes up a good 85%+ of the crime rate in the entire country.

It wasn't even legal to own a chicken in sarasota, like -- seriously -- is owning a chicken a privilege too?

The drivers license/passport system is a way to trap you in a small box or force you into a database. They then use this database to siphon money from your pocket. That's all it's for, not safety, but robbery and tracking. Having a drivers license doesn't make me a safe driver, nor does it increase your safety on the road -- last time I checked a good 90+% of people who are killed on the road in driving related incidents have drivers licenses -- a lot of safety that piece of plastic provided them, right?

Literally makes no sense -- the only people who could believe this are people who cannot think for themselves. In the state of florida you need a license to fish, but there are no limits to the amount of licenses they permit, yet -- if you're caught without a license, you get arrested/fined -- the license is free, and requires no test. What does this tell you? The entire purpose for the fishing license is to incriminate regular people for not having one [when they can get one for free if they just ask.] Is fishing a privilege too? Nah -- it's a right, yet you still need a license. Perspective, you should broaden yours.

So, it may not say God, but refers to a creator.

And if you can find a passage in the Constitution that mentions freedom of movement, more power to you. By the way, the paved roadways were originally made for bicyclists not cars. Cars and horses fared better on hard-packed dirt.

There is very few pieces of land that are communal, and those are technically owned by the government. I.e. - Jefferson made the LA Purchase which gained America the ownership/rights to most of the country. People and corporations over time bought this land from the government, who in turn purchased it back from the people for the reason of making the highway system (also done by states and counties). So yes, the government owns the roads.

As for hunting and fishing licenses, well why don't you look into it. In most states the funds are used for upkeep of the habitats as well as to regulate how much people hunt and fish in order to regulate their populations (so there are neither too few nor too many for the ecosystem).

* Oh, almost forgot. You do have the right to do whatever you want within reason. As long as it meets the following guidelines: it does not infringe upon other's rights, and it is on your own property. You forfeit those 'rights' when you move onto another's property (including the government's). Also, be careful to pay attention to the part about infringing upon others' rights. When it comes to obscenity, your neighbors have a right to not see certain things in some places (see city codes etc...) and in those cases, outside public view is what private means.

If you don't like it then you have three choices:
1 - move
2 - run for political office and make changes
3 - petition your representatives in the government to make changes

Instead of placing your opinions upon things, why not take 15 minutes to look something up. Deny ignorance.

Yes, but that is a choice again. You can choose to not have a license because you don't want to show your face. Even France (a socialistic type nation for all intents and purposes) banned all facial coverings including burkas for reasons of facial recognition and security. I believe that was in 2010, may have been 2011.
