Russ Feingold, the former Democratic senator from Wisconsin who is running again in an attempt to win back his old Senate seat, was recorded at a fundraiser saying that Hillary Clinton might issue an executive order on guns.

The video was captured by James O’ Keefe’s Project Veritas at an Aug. 17, $2,700 per-head fundraiser held at the Palo-Alto, Calif., home of Democratic donors Amy Rao and Harry Plant. Palo-Alto is located 10 minutes away from Stanford University, where Feingold taught after leaving his position as a special envoy at the U.S. State Department.

Feingold can be heard in the video discussing what Hillary Clinton could do in relation to guns if she were to be elected president.

“If there’s still Republican control in Congress, and if Hillary is elected, is there anything she can do to uhh…,” a person asks Feingold within the video. “Well, there might be an executive order,” Feingold responds.

Here is a link to the video proving Hillary and her allies want, among other things more gun control laws.

in the video you can hear, among others a Amy Rao, a friend of Hillary, say that if Hillary is elected she will get rid of assault weapons, she would get rid of people being able to buy as many bullets as people want, and she would be able to stop it all through stricter gun controls and Hillary would do this through executive orders.

Good thing Executive Orders can't override the Constitution.

No, but they can direct the federal bureaucracy to take steps that will make gun ownership and purchasing much more onerous until such time as it can be overturned by a court.

Also they can be used to target gun stores by doing things like reclassifying ammunition as explosives or increasing the security requirements to maintain a business license.

One of the many reasons we need to reign the bureaucracy in.

Stop drinking that kool-aid and just search "President Obama bypasses Congress" and see what comes up... Hillary Clinton is exactly the same. Two faces of the same coin.

And there you have just one of the reasons why she's a shoe in.
Beyond that you have war with Russia,
martial law,
socialism,
depopulation,
rewriting the constitution,
exterminations,
new World order and

HELL!

on earth.

Kool-aid is a delicious beverage when made correctly.

It has nothing to do with Obama, Hilary Clinton, or firearms.
Phage has it right. The Second amendment isn't going anywhere...the only people that benefit from you thinking that it is are the NRA lobbyists and their financial backers from the arms and ammo manufacturing sector.

They can always slow down the background check process too.

Underfund a little.

Understaff a little.

Obama-Hillary are capable of anything to get their bitter jealousy satisfied.

plus congress can do away with the EO by passing a law and then overriding the veto, that would be sure to come.

Really? is that why democrat states have the most unConstitutional laws regarding gun control in the U.S.?... New York, Chicago, etc?... The Second Amendment has been eroded through time, and the democrat party, and the elites want to erode it more and more. Watch the video, and then comment on it instead of trying to claim "there is no attempt for gun control"...

Your point is that bureaucracy is a pain in the ass?

Yes, hopefully they will implement more gun control laws. There's a serious problem with guns in the USA. A disease. Time to ban guns, really. As the 2nd Amendment is just an amendment, it shouldn't be too difficult to overturn it once Mrs. Clinton takes office.

Go Team Clinton!

Here's the thing about executive orders...

Congress can attempt to repeal or agree on a new bill that might nullify the order. The ironic part is that any president can veto the same bill that is attempting to override their executive privilege.

This would then invite the House and Senate to decide the fate of the bill, with it only being successful after achieving a two-thirds combined vote from each chamber.

They just recently overturned Obama's veto of a bill that gave the victims of 9/11 the ability to sue the government of Saudi Arabia. Justice?

So, you are saying that there is no state in the Union in which there has ever been implemented gun control laws that are unConstitutional?... Where have you been living.
