Usually Ibuprofen and a few glasses of water would cover it. It's good though. Not as bad as yesterday.

Ive got the barbeque going. Tonight is Pizza Chops.

Thats boneless centercut pork chops, barbequed to perfection, then smothered with tomato sause, and covered with melty white cheese( Provolone)

Here was my bacon mushroom cheeseburgers from yesterday
