Each country needs to be neutral and have its own personal defense and satellite to seek the truth instead of following orders under NATO.

The US waited till the Soviets took the whole of Eastern Europe back before jumping in at the and of WWII to get a foothold in Europe, used the Soviets as an excuse to stay on, and haven't left since. US has no business in Europe now.

Wow... learn WWII history.

The USSR spent 1941 to 1943 trying to stop the Nazi advance. It was not until the winter of 1943 that the USSR was able to push the Nazis out of USSR territory and into E. Europe.

The US entered the war against just Japan in Dec 1941. Then Hitler declared war on the US a few days later. Stalin kept bitching the Western allies must open a western front in order to slow / stop the German advance.

The western allies landed in Normandy June 1944, opening the front that the USSR wanted. That landing was coordinated with the USSR who launched their advance during the landings in Normandy.


The USSR started to invade E. Europe in 1939, starting first with their alliance with Nazi Germany in the invasion of Poland. The USSR then invaded Estonia Latvia and Lithuania and occupied those countries. The USSR did not take any of E. Europe until 1944.

Maybe open a book once in a while.

Russia has no business in Georgia or Ukraine. Any country can decide for themselves who they will be friendly with or not be friendly with. In case your are equally ignorant about NATO the US / other NATO members removed their presence from France when they withdrew from NATO.

The US is not going anywhere. A fact Putin seems to have overlooked when he was KGB.

US jumped in at the end of WWI in europe to get a share in the spoils then, too.

They entered Europe late in the fighting in WWII. USSR killed millions of Germans by then, capturing millions more. The reason why Stalin complained so bitterly for the western front to be opened to take the heat off the struggle in the East, like you said. Because the west was stalling letting stalin take the brunt before joining in just to share in the spoils again.

And let Stalin finish the third reich by themselves and take Berlin at the very end anyway. How nice of the allies. Yah, we're here for the german beer.

Once the Nazis were defeated, the US then declared USSR the new enemy so they could stay on, this time apparently for good. Now its NATO threatening world stability in Eastern Europe, and elsewhere, not the friggin Russians. They went home. Can't fool me...

No it was the COMMUNISM we REALLY HATE communism...Russia shouldn't have taken that Crimean port but with the tripe WE elected I can't say we wouldn't do the same.

Take Over the Black Sea Fleets port in Sevastopol? Even the Nazis couldn't do that. And they were some dedicated Socialismists. Russians been there since 1784, anyway. They didn' take nutin'. Its just a meme of the west to justify their takin it, the Universe and everything.

No to mention Crimea wasn't IN Russia it was in Ukraine.AKA you invaded and are colonizing like your invasion ,softly.
We haven't taken bases or land ...yet.
WE asked they said OK and we overpaid them for real estate rental and blew off our expense of rebuilding assistance.
YOU should have held out for one in Alaska.

BUT I think Russia is beyond PLEASED we are pivoting in the east.

Any discussion of Ukraine or Crimea distracts from what is important to the Russians. The port of Sevastopol. NATO proponents never address that. It is key to controlling the region including the Balkans and the Black Sea and they know it.

Russians would no sooner give it up than US would give up Hawaii.

Axis forces took control of Sevastopol in July of 1942 when Soviet forces surrendered.

Considering the port belongs to Ukraine there is nothing for the Russians to give up.

Control of the port is not key to controlling the Black Sea. The Bosphorus straights and the Dardanelles are.

I'm aware the Germans took the port after a drawn out siege. Point being its a key strategic port and the crux of the past andcurrent conflict over Crimea and Ukraine. As far as NATO is concerned the 'enemy' is Russian presence, not "Crimea".

Defensive posturing against a rogue US military, alll the way over therrre. Again, they didn't 'take' Crimea any more than we 'took' Hawaii.

Russia and China have united against NATO, dummies, because NATO is on their border. Not because Russian troops and tanks are moving towards Central Europe.

Siege of Sevastopol and its capture by Axis forces. If you are going to make comments get your facts right first. Making a false claim and then trying to walk it back is beneath you.

Ah yes the same failed argument about borders when facts cant be refuted.

The US and Russia / USSR share a border. Ironically enough the countries that border Russia have not invaded Russia. Russia, on the other hand, has invaded countries on its borders.

When the USSR allied with the Nazi's and invaded Poland and the Baltics and then occupied E. Europe for 50+ years those countries wanted nothing to do with the USSR / Russia. Hence the reason they joined NATO when the USSR collapsed.

The reason NATO is close to Russia is because of Russia's / USSR occupation of those countries. Further Russia has demonstrated it will continue to invade / occupy its neighbors who aren't NATO members, pushing those countries, in addition to traditional neutral countries, to look to NATO.

Putin created the very conditions he is bitching about.
