Except it isn't government owned, so why would it be the same?

Maybe the University of Alaska Fairbanks trains (Future New World Order Mind Control and Weather Warfare Weapons) to their military students there!

UAF ROTC students the new NWO.... bwaaaahaaaaaaahaaaaa!!!

Man, did not have much respect for them. They have a base on the other side of town where serious military types would go. Most students do their service then attend UAF on scholarship.

Thanks for the laugh though!

Dont want to drift off topic...but what do you think of these sites and their purpose? They are supposed to be the same HAARP type.

There are other photos of these sites in other countries. Curious to know what you think?

Therefore, it is a blatant lie if they are saying it cannot control the weather.

You too can "control" the weather . Not much to low level cloud seeding at all...

The place isn't that big. You could see everything in an hour or so, with explanations.

Considering that many are/were scared of a magnetometer, I doubt any explanation will suffice.

They're ionospheric heaters. The ones that a real that is, for example there isn't one at Area 51, nor is there one in Australia, off the top of my head.

And there is one ionospheric heater that surpasses all of them combined, by a ridiculous amount. The sun.

I think so too, the modulation stuff is easily removed from the transmitters.

But this is only 1 HAARP site and an old one at that, theres supposed to be about 10 of them worldwide.

According to Wikipedia there are five Ionospheric Heaters worldwide. HAARP is the most powerful.

The other part of the HAARP facility is the Magnetometer, but there are thousands of the things everywhere.

Another part of the facility is the array antenna. Because it uses the reflectivity of the ground, it points essentially straight up. It can be directed by adjusting the phase of the various elements but this would also reduce the output and produce sub-optimal results. There are phased and passive antenna arrays everywhere.

HAARP is how old now? If there were any potential applications like this to that technology it would have been refined and worked upon for decades already. Secretly. This investigation doesn't in any way invalidate the possibility that they have technology similar to the one described both by Brzezinski and conspiracy theorists.

It always surprises me how quick people are to trust some military representative or some other suit and tie when they tell us everything they want us to hear. Yeah, let's just take their word for it. Very inquisitive.

“In addition, it may be possible–and tempting–to exploit for strategic-political purposes the fruits of research on the brain and on human behavior. Gordon J. F. MacDonald, a geophysicist specializing in problems of warfare, has written that timed artificially excited electronic strokes could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the earth…. In this way, one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of very large populations in selected regions over an extended period…. No matter how deeply disturbing the thought of using the environment to manipulate behavior for national advantages to some, the technology permitting such use will very probably develop within the next few decades.”

It's virtually impossible to keep an ionospheric heater secret.

For example, the antenna array at HAARP is 33 acres in size.

Possibly.. but there may be other designs that would be more stealthy than the known installations. There are frankly too many unknowns to be too sure of anything.

The people at these places are doing research, they aren't involved in military operations. If they had some black site like that operational they wouldn't be inviting people there.

But yeah, conjecture and speculation is the ball game here.

is it really? you probably want to qualify that, or maybe not.

You bet. Hydrogen is the easiest plasma there is to make.

"Nope. It's an ionospheric heater."
well, thats not quite true is it?

Yes. That's what it does.

i believe its comms.

Tempted to say 'what is', but HAARP is a big HF transmitter with a phased array antenna. Nothing more. A lot of comm related stuff done there. A lot not.

"But subs don't use ELF anymore"
but probably still retain that capacity, no?

No. These days, it's VLF or 'other'.

This article in New Scientist doesn't appear to show that the Alaska facility has been shut down? Maybe they upgraded nearby?

If you read the article instead of googling for keywords, you'd see it has nothing to do with HAARP.

The official patent for HAARP (US Patent 4686605) which is available online, says it is capable of "weather modification".

There is no 'official patent for HAARP'. Eastlund's patent, if you read it, doesn't describe the Gakona installation.

HAARP is the name of the ionosphere heater in Gakona.

The site you keep referring to can't distinguish between genre and specific instance. It's like saying all cars are Chevrolet Impalas. That is a clue that the author is a dunce.

eta: furthered by some of the sites not actually existing and he's throwing in radar installations that aren't ionospheric heaters. Idiocy.

Yeah. But radar uses frequencies.
So there.

Frequencies, man.

Why would you use a news article instead of the actual patent as it is here...

patft.uspto.gov.../netahtml/PTO/srchnum.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=4,686,605.PN.&OS=PN/4,68 6,605&RS=PN/4,686,605

And please show where in the patent it says the machine can control the weather?

Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns or altering solar absorption patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device. Also as alluded to earlier, molecular modifications of the atmosphere can take place so that positive environmental effects can be achieved. Besides actually changing the molecular composition of an atmospheric region, a particular molecule or molecules can be chosen for increased presence.

Of course, Eastlund wasn't a meteorologist. But it's a good idea to cover as many bases as possible when filing a patent. It comes under the "utility" requirement. You have to say what your invention might be used for. Whether or not it can actual do it is not particularly relevant. He's described quite a Swiss Army knife sort of device there. One which would require the power of about 10 nuclear plants.

The patent calls for power generation capability of 10 billion watts. That's the equivalent of 10 nuclear power plants. That's why it calls for having MHD generators and a handy fuel supply. HAARP had diesel generators. Four of them I think.

The patent is not for HAARP . The system described in the patent has never been built and not all claims of all patents are possible.

I actually didnt refer to any site nor visit any...nor did I read up on any particular one or one(s). I just pulled up a photo from the many online that implied there are other similar sites.

Thanks for explaining the differences between them though...
