What a load of pretentious bollocks. Heaven means future and the world where people know that Earth is a planet just like Mars and Jupiter, which circles the Sun-- in Heaven. Saulus can go #$%& himself out of the NT canon. And people like you can continue your flat earth and your big daddy in the sky. You believe and spread lies, ill-mannered segregating lies.

No ï worship god but no religion is needed.
God told me so.

Jehovah tells us:

(Hebrews 10:24, 25) . . .And let us consider one another so as to incite to love and fine works, 25 not forsaking our meeting together, as some have the custom, but encouraging one another, and all the more so as you see the day drawing near.

God's word commands you to gather together (meet as in meeting attendance) with fellow believers. If you disobey him, that is your prerogative, and you may claim God told you to disobey his word. But would he really do that? And if you disobey him, aren't you really saying that you are not subject and reject him?

Jehovah (actually there is no "J" in the Hebrew language) so it would be Yahovah (or Yahweh). Anyway, "Jehovah" did not say that. Scholars aren't exactly sure who wrote the book of Hebrews...some say Paul, some say Barnabas, and some can't decide.

It's kind of a actch-22. It's obvious that good people don't have to be Christian to be good people, but heaven needs to be an exclusive club to give a reason to be Christian. After all, if you don't need to be Christian to get into heaven, then why believe? Just be a good person and you don't have to subscribe to any dogma, religious tradition, etc and you'll get to heaven. So Christianity tends to deem heaven to be an exclusive club only available to Christians. This thinking is most prevalent in Dante's Inferno where the good people who weren't Christians all end up in purgatory and not heaven.

Sorry, I have to stop talking to you, I had a bite and in my mouth and almost died as I read your nonsense.
You poor thing didn't get it? That's okay reread open your mind a little, it doesn't hurt, you can do it.
You're so wrong you almost killed someone. What does that tell you?

In fact I have saved many people. And will continue to do so, so long as God permits. His word is truth. And there is nothing that can stand against it.

If you cannot see it, that is understandable. For it takes spirit. The physical man that counts the spirit as foolish cannot comprehend it. Even though it is so simple and easy to understand. For spiritual things are considered foolishness to the unspiritual. And thus they cannot perceive or comprehend it.

And thus you laugh and mock God's word. It is not you that does it, it is God's word itself that prevents such people from understanding just as it states:

(1 Corinthians 1:27-31) . . .but God chose the foolish things of the world to put the wise men to shame; and God chose the weak things of the world to put the strong things to shame; 28 and God chose the insignificant things of the world and the things looked down on, the things that are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, 29 so that no one might boast in the sight of God. 30 But it is due to him that you are in union with Christ Jesus, who has become to us wisdom from God, also righteousness and sanctification and release by ransom, 31 so that it may be just as it is written: “The one who boasts, let him boast in Jehovah.”

(1 Corinthians 2:6-10) 6 Now we speak wisdom among those who are mature, but not the wisdom of this system of things nor that of the rulers of this system of things, who are to come to nothing. 7 But we speak God’s wisdom in a sacred secret, the hidden wisdom, which God foreordained before the systems of things for our glory. 8 It is this wisdom that none of the rulers of this system of things came to know, for if they had known it, they would not have executed the glorious Lord. 9 But just as it is written: “Eye has not seen and ear has not heard, nor have there been conceived in the heart of man the things that God has prepared for those who love him.” 10 For it is to us God has revealed them through his spirit, for the spirit searches into all things, even the deep things of God.

Once again, you are quoting Saul/Paul...Why don't you quote Jesus?

Interesting that you claim to be a christian yet choose to ignore the teachings regarding this.

But to answer your question...
No.

But don't worry, it's not like everyone else just dies and is forgotten about.
That happens to you too.

Jehovah (actually there is no "J" in the Hebrew language) so it would be Yahovah (or Yahweh).

Completely wrong. Dead WRRRONG! There is no I or Y in the Hebrew alefbet, since there are no vowels in Hebrew, they are marked as niqquds that was introduced at a much later stage than the Tetragrammaton. J was actually introduced into Ecclesiastical Latin in order to render the Hebrew letter Jod more accurately. J is actually the closest you come to Hebrew Jod in English. Edit: However, in English, you can't say J properly, so you have to transliterate using either I or Y sinch your English J isn't a /j/ but a /dʒ/. So you say Djesus, not Jesus and you say Djehovah, not Jehovah.

Anyway, "Jehovah" did not say that. Scholars aren't exactly sure who wrote the book of Hebrews...some say Paul, some say Barnabas, and some can't decide.

The name Jehovah is a modern construct and can be traced back to a Catholic monk in the 11th century who had a bright moment so he took the vowels of Adonai and inserted them between the consonants of the Tetragrammaton. His result was Jahovah, later pervaded into Jehovah. It is nonsense. JHVH is a sword kata. An officer could fight several enemies by using soldiers trained in Etz haChayim and saying out commands like JHVH almost like a chess player can make moves by saying Bishop H7 to G6 *Check mate*. The whole sword coming out of the mouth thing.

my 2cents

1) those with a personal relationship with Jesus, who have repented and accepted forgiveness of sins, definitely enter God's Kingdom.

2) those who have knowingly and willfully rejected Jesus--those who understood sin and salvation--having rejected God (Yawheh, Jehovah), will be rejected out of His kingdom.

3) those who did not completely understand their options will be judged case by case, and will be accepted or rejected based on how much they accepted God and his principles, as they understood them. This is indicated in Romans 1.

God is not sending millions of pre-Columbian Indians to hell, for example, just because they did not call on Jesus (how could they, having never heard the Name), but will be judged according to their hearts and deeds. from whom much is given, much is expected.

Heaven related to metaphysics is a misnomer but does serve to intimate the after life good place to be.

Even though technically the word to use is not Heaven but paradise or more precise the Garden.

Actually the world we live in is a curropt Garden of Eden. Made curropt by the “fall of man” over time.

A VERY LONG AND TECHNICAL STORY…

So what is happening is not anything having to do with “Heaven” but having to do with the restoration of the Garden of Eden inside every human soul as well the Macrocosm to its original form before the fall.

One can, through arduous spiritual effort do that in this world

Technically in terms of metaphysics “Heaven” means lofty thought, and it’s not technically the paradise we all want

“Heaven” can be reached through any religion that shuns ignorance, dogma, and intolerance.

Arduous spiritual development is the way to this “heaven” which transcends religious dogma

From a Christian perspective ABSOLUTELY NOT only christ is the way, however he did say that he would forgive they whom do not know so if they are good people and do good for those around them like many buddhists with no real knowlege of Jesus or what he represent's or even Islamic people - good one's not the mad mullah's, or even some hindu's, if they are his (Decent and good folk with good heart's whom help those around them and generally are what we call righteous people) then it is once again up to him and according to his world don't be surprised if you see them when you get there.

(2 Timothy 3:16) All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness,

Notice it says "ALL SCRIPTURES"

An incomplete list of scripture from God

1. Torah
2. New Testament
3. Quran
4. Vedas/Upshands
5. The Dhammapada/Lotus Sutra and various other Buddhist scriptures.
6. Avesta
7. Egyptian Emerald Tablet
8. Plato the complete works.
9. I Ching/Tao Te Ching
10. Analects of Confusious
11. Tibetan Book of the Dead
12. Spoken tradition from Native Americans who identified with the Great Spirit or Wanna Tanka.

All of these books are considered scriptures by someone somewhere. All the scriptures say the same basic things. God's Light, the Love of God lives in you. The voice of Love is the voice of the Light and you have frreewill to follow an enlightened path.

Acts 5 35 Then he addressed the Sanhedrin: “Men of Israel, consider carefully what you intend to do to these men. 36 Some time ago Theudas appeared, claiming to be somebody, and about four hundred men rallied to him. He was killed, all his followers were dispersed, and it all came to nothing. 37 After him, Judas the Galilean appeared in the days of the census and led a band of people in revolt. He too was killed, and all his followers were scattered. 38 Therefore, in the present case I advise you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail.

39 But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourselves fighting against God.”

The arrogance of men who do not understand the scriptures keeps us divided from our brothers who also follow various prophets.

The bible tells us we can know the works of antiquity that are now called scriptures are indeed all from God, because no one has been able to stop or destroy the words of the prophets, although many wars have been fought in the name of false interpretation.

ALL SCRIPTURES ARE GOD BREATHED, just like Jesus told you.

Muhammad and the Quran agree with Jesus. But many Iman's have little faith and don't believe the books can be reconciled by God's messenger.

Rather then believe what Quran clearly says they follow the self-righteous religion found in Hadith and separate you from your brothers.

The Quran says that the books of Moses, the Psalms, and the gospel were all given by God.

Torah--"We gave Moses the Book and followed him up with a succession of messengers," (Sura 2:87).

Psalms--"We have sent thee inspiration, as We sent it to Noah and the Messengers after him: we sent inspiration to Abraham, Isma'il, Isaac, Jacob and the Tribes, to Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and solomon, and to David We gave the Psalms," (4:163).

Gospel--"It is He Who sent down to thee (step by step), in truth, the Book, confirming what went before it; and He sent down the Law (of Moses) and the Gospel (of Jesus) before this, as a guide to mankind, and He sent down the criterion (of judgment between right and wrong)," (3:3).

Also, "And in their footsteps We sent Jesus the son of Mary, confirming the Law that had come before him: We sent him the Gospel: therein was guidance and light, and confirmation of the Law that had come before him: a guidance and an admonition to those who fear Allah," (5:46).

To the OP

Anyone who actually follows the words of the prophets are promised enlightenment, which is God's guarantee of heaven to all who will continue in the path. Heaven is obtainable now, because it is the kingdom which is within you.

I'd also add The Tao Te Ching along w/the I Ching...

"Religion™ is for folks afraid of Hell, "Spirituality" is for folks who've already been.." The Great Sioux Nation.

I think that is why the population is growing and growing.. People are looking outside of their own 'Self' for "salvation" and are 'having to repeat' (Wheel of Re-incarnation..)

There is a method of 'escaping the wheel' in the book "The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying"- S. Rimpoche

In actuality there is only One of Us here and when/if Your "Soul" has learned the lessons then You too can 'return from whence You came, The One Infinite Creator, Hunab Ku...

To those who keep typing "Jesus The Chris†' is the Only way... How about when Jesus The Christ was Krishna and Shiva and Lao Tzu and Siddhartha Gautama?

In other words, the "correct" path to Heaven may have been lost a long time ago and we're all following frauds right now.

At last, someone gets it.

Heaven is a myth created by man so there is no way of getting there. Nobody can tell you what happens after death and anyone who tries to is a fraud...

To be honest i kind of like how edgar cayce described the afterlife. According to the Cayce readings he said their is 7 afterlives or realms and when you die you go to whichever according to your deeds.

The top realm being for the people with a pure heart, the saints, the martyrs, the truely righteous who lead their life by example and sacrificed much. This afterlife is the most beautiful and full of the kindest and most advanced loving spirits around.

Then the afterlife realms descend in splender and beauty until you get to the bottom realm which is what is known as purgatory. This is where one is cast out alone and must suffer alone for a time until you learn the true value of what it means to seek god and to want to be kind and loving to others. According to cayce we are all eternal and NO one gets punished for eternity but for a time.

While each person is in their afterlife realm they shall learn what they need to learn then shall reincarnate back into the earth with the mission of doing better in life here and striving to make amends and serve karma for past deeds.

I like edgar ways of describing it, it sounds way better than i can explain it anyway. One should check it out if your truly interested in these things.

Of course you can. I think no matter the belief system or religion one follows...it is the "pureness of soul"...leading a good life or repenting with whole heart...a bad life, that will get you there.

For those that believes there really is a heaven.....*

*Old song from the '60's (band unknown, sorry)...was "Everyone wants to go to Heaven...but nobody wants to die"

Very well put, very well said, you summarized in a very nice and simple way, haven is what religion calls the club for the chosen ones, but the reality is that that club is man made.

Thanks.

And yes Dante inferno is a very good example of how the vision of inferno came to be to what is now modern religion, many have not clue that it was Dante satire the one that created the inferno we have today as an example, for some reason the church adopt it and people actually believe is real.

"Can you get into Heaven through numerous different religious beliefs?"

i have a better question...if heaven is so important, then why dont we bring it here to earth? seems lazy to put heaven off for a next life that may or may not actually be waiting for us. the more heaven we put into this world, the less we have to worry about making it to the next one. hell, why leave at all? why hope for a better afterlife when you can rock the one you have right under your nose? as long as we are asking questions, i mean.
