Have they listed an expected casualty rate of progress?

They could make a fake moon landing video with kimmy playing golf in a pair of Tartan plus fours and unicorns running about in the background and sell it as real to the masses.

To me, that reads more like please ignore our long range rocket launches as we are trying to go to the Moon and not trying to develop a missile to carry a nuclear weapon

The best thing they could do is make it a manned mission.
They could plant that murderous mutant there.

You can begin to understand why the UFO folk are here and can understand some of their qualms if not hard-learned rules for why upstart civilizations are NOT to be allowed to escape from their own Hell.

Earth, the way we run it in all aspects, is a Hell for intelligent beings to contemplate.
