The DNC hasn't released said exactly what time Sanders will speak, but he's near the end of the night's program, so it will most likely be in the coveted 10 to 11 p.m. slot.

I listen to a few minutes of the feed someone linked to Fox's youtube. I am utterly shocked. The biggest applause is for the individual's state being mentioned? Pauses where you would expect applause is met by silence. Most responses seem like polite clapping not thunderous approval? I just can't believe the DNC let this happen!! I am not a democrat nor republican, I just cannot believe what I just saw.
