I heard that the gunman spoke in High German accent while the person yelling at him had a Bavarian accent, which i believe would be common in Munich. I would expect a second generation German to have a more generic accent even if they grew up in an area that had a regional one due to the likelihood of speaking something else at home.

In stressing moments, people can become very confused about what they see.

Thats right, but several witnesses at the same time, confused to see and report the same things, and the whole city is under state of emergency for nothing than ghosts?
I can´t believe that.

How many of these have we "watched"?

First reports are never accurate. Sometimes they aren't even close.

That is exactly why we have to learn to be patient and wait for facts.

Eyewitness reports are notoriously bad and confusing.

Well that's utter nonsense proven in the video shown already.

There are only two programmed responses in human beings.

Fight or flight.

As soon as those people saw that gun pulled.

They started running like hell.

Why Science Tells Us Not to Rely on Eyewitness Accounts

Eyewitness testimony is fickle and, all too often, shockingly inaccurate

He may have shot in to the mall from the street, but I am beginning to doubt he actually went in to the mall.

What you said had nothing to do with reality.

Proven in this video.

The girl that fled from the shots in the mall(she was on TV via phone) arrived at the outside an saw wounded people lying on the streets, wounded obvisiously by the McDonalds attacker.
Looks like two attackers for me. And i saw a video filmed by a lot of people fleeing from the shots inside the mall, in full panic.

I've seen the video. That video alone does not verify how many people the shooter could or could not have been able to wound/kill.

It's pretty hard to hit a moving target and shooting 21 people killing half.

For a 'lone gunman'.

I watched a similar video, but it turned out to be a training video re-hashed by an internet smartass trying to spread disinformation.

Wonder if that is the same video you watched.

That was reported a long time ago and I believe it has been proven to be an internet hoax.

cnn have a witness who has confirmed the man was shouting 'Alluhah Akhbar' and targeted kids.

I'm thinking the "witness" is full of flame-fanning bulls#. Don't you think that for a supposedly busy restaurant, there'd be more than one person reporting someone hollering that? Especially if little kids were being murdered.

You'd think it'd be more than one lone eyewitness in a packed place at dinner hour. It REEKS of bovine excrement to me.

In an area that may be decently populated, with groups of people, that is quite easy.

Your personal experience with a firearm, or lack thereof, is not indicative of what another person can do in such a situation.

I really hope my friend's family are not in the vicinity. They all live in Munich.
