Thank you, Corbin woke me at 3:00am. Daddy I am hungry. I told him you can have anything. He wanted scrambled eggs with bacon cheese tomatoes and a pancake. Lol. So everything was ok until I made the pancake 3 times after burning it or it was not cooked enough! Lol

The girls from Sherman Oaks talk valley girl. It is like totally annoying like oh my gwad.

a reply to: Quantum12 My dad keeps a small crock in his fridge with a live sour dough culture in it, and actually I do too. He has had his for over 40 years. On a firday or saturday night before he is going to make some pancakes, he takes some out and mixes up his batter and puts it in the sink in a bath of warm water. The next morning he seperates the eggs, beats the whites adds the yolks to the batter, then gently folds in the whites and adds a little baking soda moments before gently putting the batter on a griddle in butter. We called them sail cakes, because they are so light and fluffy, delicate, with a bit of sour dough flavor, that if you open the window, they might just sail right out of it. I likes mine with powdered sugar, but sometimes with berries and berry syrup folded together with sour cream. Ive never been to any resturant that could match dads cakes. No one even comes close.

Yor called it right! He was up most of the night. We hit the beach for 4 hours. Now he is taking a nap lol.

Tomorrow at 9:am he is going to a art camp Monday. I don't want him to leave but he is flying back in two weeks to stay for 7 days. I'll be poor after spending on airfare and a lawyer but it worth it to be with Corbin!

We can only hold our breath until they return.

Dad called and said it is supposed to be 103 here. I got the lawn mowed, the yard cleaned up, the pond cleaned and refilled, and now Im contemplating what to make for dinner tonight
