Ken Ham indoctrinating little kids through religion.
Bill Nye indoctrinating little kids through science.
Hmm.

To be honest an exhibit like this is going to attract a crowd already inclined to be believers.
It's not going to change minds.
Most of us are fed a religious line of some kind as kids. We learn to be discerning as adults and incorporate science in our thinking so I wouldn't worry about the kids too much.
It's kids and plastic animals. They'll learn the truth in school anyway.

Science can be just as wrong and misleading.

Especially coming from Bill Nye.

Bill Nye generally dumbs his stuff down. He's not a real scientist, he's an entertainer, but is usually spot on with the science itself. Calling the teaching of proven science to children who are older than 6 "indoctrination" is laughable, however. I didn't realize that you could indoctrinate somebody with stuff that can be verified and proved via experiment. Please don't pretend that religion and science are on the same level. They aren't. Science is testable and open to change with new evidence, religion is not. Religious indoctrination starts at BIRTH. Science denial is harmful, and that is one of the main things Nye tries to fight against. He may appeal to certain political views (ie the gender spectrum thing)but he's right about climate change denial, evolution denial and plenty of other things and does generally try to promote equality of people and education of children, which are both good things.
