You need to have a minimum of 5 posts under your belt before you can start making new threads in other forums.

Go on out, read some threads, post some comments, then make a new thread.

Welcome to ATS. Get involved a bit. you need a number of posts before you can make threads. If that seems like too much, you know your way to the door

I think you need a spinning wheel to make thread. You can buy it in spools from the store pretty cheap, why would anyone want to make their own threads.
