And completely bankrupt himself, if you were to pass him on the street as he is begging for pocket change, would you give him some?

I pretty much give $ to every beggar I meet on the street. So yes, I would. I'm not rich by any means but I know firsthand that even a few dollars can help.

I am surprised that Mr Soros hasn't gotten a burn notice from some country he destroyed financially.
