I would certainly expect Leave to benefit from high turn-out in council estates.
They would be more traditionalist, less bothered about being called "racist".

I can see some points on both sides but ultimately the EU has done some pretty good things and raised standards of work, pay,
environment and other issues.
I personally can't trust the Tories to protect the poorest and most vulnerable and feel that the safety net of the EU is necessary.

It's not perfect but life is pretty decent.... we're stronger together.

Leaving the EU isn't in itself racist but many, many people are voting to leave because they're sick of the "foreigners" coming over and taking jobs and benefits.
The likes of UKIP have whipped up a frenzy and lied constantly and have dragged the level of debate down to "us and them"
sadly.

Not everyone voting leave is a racist or xenophobe but pretty much every racist and xenophobe WILL be voting leave.
