The average American sees sudden, unexpected chaos, death and destruction in the world, and most would immediately believe it is just random, or there is an organized conspiracy that is busily plotting against the United States. This conspiracy is intangible, but correlating evidence suggests that it is visible. Does anyone remember the charge from Homeland Security in years prior to the 26 mass shootings we have endured that extremism would not be tolerated? Can anyone see the traumas, shootings, and the threats from ISIS are merely ploys to conjure the ghost of Joseph McCarthy, and create an excuse to justify martial law if we do not comply with their wishes? Directly planned attacks by ISIS have occurred in Europe and they are not under martial law. As far as our situation in the United States, there are over three million Muslims and there is no telling how many of them are plotting against us. ISIS has had a heck of a time recruiting killers in the United States to go to Syria for military training, and return to the United States to attack, because the majority of U.S. Muslims have not been radicalized.
According to a recent investigation by the New York Times, in two-thirds of prosecutions of ISIS-related terrorism cases, the FBI is using once rare undercover sting operations, such as going on the internet and encouraging long-winded, egotistical and braggarts; individuals to do illegal things so that they can be arrested. Unbelievably, the reason for such a high percentage is that such intrusive undercover operations can be done without approval of judge, which is needed for searches and wiretaps. Thus, Congress and the public are largely in the dark about such stings. Most of the time these so-called False Flags are quite simply blowback affairs that have been nurtured, and then neglected by the alphabet agencies of your government. According to Michael German, a former undercover agent with the FBI, who was quoted in the Times as saying they’re manufacturing terrorism cases. The people they groom are five steps away from being a danger to the United States. Entrapment is a good tool for the FBI, so that the agency can show that funding the organization results in arrests in terrorism cases, but is bad for the republic because of blowback potential with what was seen with Omar Mateen and the shooter in San Bernardino.
Believe it or not, such undercover operations alienate an otherwise cooperative American Muslim community, which could quit providing the FBI intelligence on any really dangerous people. What they are doing is a threat to national security and people are dying in the process. But forget all that, let’s just throw all logic away and declare martial law in this country and bring the war to ISIS abroad.
Why would anyone want martial law? Many forces want to declare war on a stealthy entity like ISIS even if it meant organized witch hunts against Muslims in our country, mass arresting Muslims, and having the military carry out court hearings for American Muslims. Does anyone remember how close we came to martial law after 911? How the city of Watertown was shut down, was taken over by the military and the police in order to find one suspect in the Boston Marathon Bomber case? People were given shelter in place orders, schools, banks, and transit were all shutdown. Police searched the Watertown neighborhood door-to-door on foot and in patrol cars. They would order people to stand down as they searched homes with loaded AR-15’s pointed at innocent people. A no-fly zone was instituted over the Watertown area; it was as if the city had been struck by a massive blizzard on a sunny spring day. This was probably the closest thing we have seen to Martial law being implemented in the country in this century so far. However, we cannot forget that legislative actions like the Patriot Act and the Enemy Belligerents Act to continuity of government programs such as Rex 84 and Presidential Directive PDD 51, where Obama can declare any event a national emergency and become a total dictator sort of like a coup but with a smile as the President can tell the American people to screw themselves.
All the legal precedents have been put into place to allow the Executive Branch to implement military oversight of civilian affairs, dissolution of constitutional liberties, even the end of Miranda Rights and the right to a speedy impartial trial as protected under the Sixth Amendment. In some cases, government legislation allows for the rendition and torture of American citizens as combatants, all for the greater good of the Republic. There are 1 in 10 Americans that believe that martial law should be declared with regard to the immigration rampage at the borders, and the destruction of ISIS. This is all reminiscent of what Henry Kissinger said at a Bilderberg Meeting in France:
"Today, America would be outraged if UN troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all people of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the world government."
He also said in 1973, after Operation Condor, that the illegal we do immediately. The unconstitutional takes a little longer. Martial law is not simply an emergency declaration. It is the suspension of civil rights, and assumption of all authority by the police or military, which in a democracy, are supposed to be under civilian control. The measure is so extreme that, on the national level, it has been imposed exactly once by Abraham Lincoln. Despite the obvious calamity posed by the Civil War, Lincoln’s imposition of martial law and suspension of habeas corpus remains controversial to this day. Martial law is not some abstract novelty that would be akin to a nuclear option in finding ISIS. Many of us never consider that dramatic, even violent change in American domestic policy is possible on a moment’s notice. The continuity of government legislation now in place shows that our government under the direction of corporate globalists and technocrats is not only prepared to implement a military lockdown of this country, they fully anticipate that such an event will occur in the near future. They are planning it and a lot of Americans are now welcoming it saying that we need to take the necessary steps to eradicate fear in this country. Martial law does nothing to tranquilize fear. As a matter of fact, it breeds it, that is its purpose.

In times of crisis and perceived infiltration, total authoritarian control is almost always presented as cure all. Americans demand a super solution or a wonder-drug to suppress the fear they have. When confronted with epic struggle, some people would rather defer responsibility for their survival to someone else rather than make the effort to save themselves, and thus, totalitarianism is born. Martial law in America would be no different. It will be presented to us as purely rational and absolutely necessary; an extreme solution to extreme times. The consequences of a militarized society cannot be hidden after the fact, nor does the establishment feel the need to hide those consequences after they have been handed unlimited power. Soon, we have the potential to see a military agent leading a group or police agent leading a group, fighting for control of a region and declare a regional government that does not recognize the central government. Some of them could easily be recruited by the enemy and then we could have a total mess. It happens in other countries that have devalued themselves with social war. There are agents paid by governmental operative agencies and other groups to infiltrate and encourage violence. Sometimes these agents become blowbacks or go rogue becoming organized, gang leaders, mob bosses or warlords.
The very first action of any government that has achieved military control of a country is to dominate the flow of information. The greatest threat to elitist domination is usually the people who they mean to rule over. Ending freedom of the press stalls chances that a view that opposes government control will gain footing. I reported to you about H.R. 5181 and what it implies. Sure, they say it will block websites from radical Islam, but it will also create a famine of information as well. The second action would be to disarm the population. This even in a police state would be a tricky enterprise. Dramatic, mass gun grabs depend on the perception of urgency or imminent danger. The mass mobilization and intensity has to be fueled by something catastrophic or dangerous real or contrived. The government would enlist the help of churches and eventually law enforcement to surrender firearms during martial law. In 1941, President Franklin Roosevelt used the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor to justify the mass confiscation of guns and other property from thousands of people deemed enemy aliens all over the United States. After the confiscation, these disarmed individuals were rounded up and placed in concentration camps.
In some cases, military rule allows for the dissolution of states rights and even of Congress itself. If Congress is allowed to remain, it would be in a ceremonial capacity only. Under martial law, all decision making is streamlined into the hands of the Executive Branch. The excuse given for this is often the same everywhere; the President must not have his hands tied by checks and balances during a state of crisis, otherwise, his decisions are slowed, and more people could be hurt. Once the Executive Branch of a country removes checks and balances, they almost never put them back willingly, even after the so-called crisis has subsided. During martial law, the authorities can and will suspend rights to fair trial, rights to legal representation, Miranda Rights, even the right to know what one has been charged with before being arrested. This process quickly devolves the justice system to the point where those who are detained simply disappear, and are never heard from again. You will be required to show I.D. or papers at checkpoints. You will be subjected to curfews, and detainment. Expect warrantless searches of your home without cause. Also count on the fact that some people, out of paranoia, or out of some twisted desire for petty influence, will start pointing an accusing finger at anyone who looks at them the wrong way, and the establishment will encourage this. The snitch society will become part of everyday life during martial law. Imagine being questioned, beaten and detained based on a rumor that you perhaps know something about a terrorist cell or have friended on Facebook someone who becomes radicalized by ISIS.
Then you will be put up against the wall. You made a deal with someone who cavorts with a suspected terrorist; you get hauled off for questioning or may even face execution. Martial law is much easier when the citizens police each other. We actually see this happening now. Some people are supporting police brutality for common crimes, or even death for anyone who commits a crime less than murder. In a martial law scenario, there is absolutely no chance whatsoever of holding the authorities or anyone who supports them legally accountable for any wrongdoing or a misunderstanding that includes the shooting of a loved one who panicked when the military soldiers showed up on their doorstep. Political opponents of the establishment, no matter how honorable and peaceful they may be, would likely be arrested. This means if you have a complaint about something, like the way you are treated or the way things are going on in government, you can be arrested or even disappear. Everything will be about the security of the state, and you will be monitored at work. All jobs will be state jobs and pay grades will change. This is how it goes little by little and everyone will be affected by declaring war in America. Martial law will not be easy, but people speak as if it will be.
Bwware of those foreigners who take a special interest in turning both African Americans and Euro-Americans against one another! For what motivates them to do this? And why does the U.S. Customs tell foreigners not to trust African Americans because they are inclined to lie and steal? Not long ago, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled 7 to 4, that the there is no Second Amendment right for members of the general public to carry concealed firearms in public. To accomplish this, they had to ignore the text of the Second Amendment to the U.S. Bill of Rights. For those who have been paying attention this type of move is not surprising. So this ruling effectively declares that citizens don’t have a constitutional right to carry. They completely place this right at the discretion of the state; this means this court legally treats the right to bear arms as a privilege, as opposed to a constitutionally protected right. They’ve legally placed this right on the same level as the right to obtain a driver’s license.

The justices on the Ninth Circuit can’t overrule the U.S. Supreme Court; it is their job to follow Supreme Court precedents. The Countering Foreign Propaganda and Disinformation Act of 2016 marks a further curtailment of press freedom and other avenues online to stultify avenues of accurate information. Introduced by Congressmen Adam Kinzinger and Ted Lieu, H.R. 5181 seeks a whole-government approach without the bureaucratic restrictions to counter foreign disinformation and manipulation, which they believe threaten the world’s security and stability. Don’t be fooled; this legislation isn’t proposing some team of noble fact-finders, chiseling away to free the truth from the façades of various foreign governmental narratives for the betterment of American and allied populations. If passed, this legislation will allow tedious pro-American propaganda to infiltrate cable, online, and mainstream news organizations wherever the government deems necessary.
It appears that our government doesn’t like other countries saying bad things about us and so they wish to block websites that they deem anti-American propaganda sites. They think that doing this will help America feel better about itself, and that websites and news sources that criticize what we do here is America have done irreparable damage to our morale. The truth is these actions are doing the damage to our morale. When there is trouble brewing in America and it is obvious that people feel targeted by their government. Foreigners are deeply intertwined with the chaos going on in this country. Infact, many East Indian motel owners in Pennsylvania and New Jersey use Americans to lie for them against one another each time someone has a legitimate complaint against them. They also allow the federal government to use their internet service as experiments against Americans; a fact revealed by an East Indian working Intelligence Technology. And its all about who lies best. What what occurs within the next 90 days in America. It will shock you all!

Are you referring to the budget problems causing Obama to close things like the WW2 memorial? The Republicans were not huddled around the podium and blocking business.

So ... you consider it sedition for a Representative or Senator to sit on the floor, but shutting down the government as a political stunt is A-OK as long as it's done by Republicans.

Well if a constitutional convention was won by the liberals that would mean 2/3 of the country disagree with you. The revolt may not last long or have many supporters.

This anti-gun people, they wanna take , take, take...... but I have never herd them offer something in return.
After giving it some thought.... I think I could be persuaded if in return I was offered Termination of Repeat Offenders. One chance to go legit and then terminate.
I think I could sleep better at night knowing that violent people are given a good honest chance to learn from their mistakes and do better....... or face immediate termination if it happens again....... than I would having a gun under my mattress.
But to take someones guns from them and then send out a never ending stream of bad guys amongst them.... I just cant feel good about that..... sitting ducks, ripe for picking.

Sorry i am from europe and here is very hard to get gun ownership permit, (you have to finsh physical and psychological test, you must have clean bill with law and gun must be locked at all time, unless you are at shooting range, etc. Getting gun carry permit is almost impossible, only ex police or army officers get them for pension for example. No automatic weapons at all. You still have ak-s and a rocket-propelled grenades in basements, the war was (in Croatia) only 20s yrs ago.So ppl stockpiled warius weapons and still we have almost none gun deaths, mostly suicide and accidental firearm deaths. Eu is homeland of democracy and we don't have need to be armed, we have police and army for that. I am sorry for all victims of mass shootings and hope that ppl of US realise that they dont have to hunt with assault rifle or have it for protection from zombies. Assault rifle is designed for killing of ppl.

Being from Europe and the US seems to me like Mars vs Venus. If I grew up there, your rules don't seem unreasonable; but for me growing up here, it seems overly oppressive. I'm very sorry for any shooting victim as well, but unfortunately every single gun is designed for shooting people, if not outright killing them.

I'm going to assume you don't own a gun and have never shot one before for a bit. If I'm wrong please correct me so I can edit/retract:

"Assault Rifle" is not a legal term. It's a media/political term meant to put an image in your mind. It's meant to portray a military rifle used in war. It's a very powerful image. But it's nonsense. Every single gun used in a mass shooting in the US for decades has been a semi-automatic rifle and/or handgun. 1 trigger pull = 1 bullet fired. In the US the only people allowed to own fully automatic weapons are the Feds, National Guard, law enforcement, and private individuals who have passed rigourous background checks, FBI/ATF interviews, paid a $200 fee to exercise their "right", and paid an inflated price because of scarcity because of the National Firearms Act in 1934 in response to the mafia rising in power in response to Prohibition.

I was in the war with AK-74 with hunting scopes, counter-sniper/sniper unit, armed under embargo in country without army until we take arms to defend us. And we won with citizens without automatic or semi-automatic weapons. I know diference between my cz gun and ak, one is for self defense, one for making meat products from people. There is no need for owning automatic and semi-automatic weapons with lots of bullets and high firing speed, they are made for war, not at home. I used Assault Rifle term couse it is harder to spell: automatic and semi-automatic, gas-operated
I joined war when i was 16 and have seen enough damage done with weapons that my opinion is, no need for weapons in peace-time. In my country gun is not "right", but "necessity".

I must apologize for my ignorance, I see your location says Croatia. I know it's in eastern Europe but I don't think I could point it out on a map. I'm confused by your statement. You were a citizen who defended himself and others with an AK-74, which is a semi-automatic weapon, at least most are in the US. Being close to Russia/USSR you probably have easier access to military grade fully automatic stuff than us though.

I do understand where you're coming from, or at least I think I do. But full-auto guns are insanely expensive and hard to get for the average buyer through legal means. Semi-auto are relatively easy to get however and their firing speed is how fast someone can pull the trigger, which as you know is way slower than full auto. Banning semi-auto alongside the full-auto ban would limit my choices in how I choose to defend myself and others.

I know the difference between an M3 and a transit van. There is no need for cars with fast acceleration or good handling except on the race track.

I commend your service to your nation and I respect your opinion, I just don't happen to agree with it.
