Does no one have dash cams?

This is something we can learn from Russia. Everyone go get a dash cam. Do that and we'd actually have video of all this.

Thankfully, the person/persons involved must have got bored and quit, for now. The sightings have stopped, according to local police.

Dashcams are a good idea, but we wouldn't have much use for them around here. The worst traffic we get here is when there's a tractor on the road. The dumb kids were probably distracted by fireworks and moving on to their next misdemeanor.
