They need to go back to the kitchen where they belong amirite!!?? They need to stop making demands and asking for this stupid equality nonsense. Women...can't live with them, can't take their hard earned pay. Typical whining liberal, left wing, snowflake, SJW, anti Trump, pro socialist, Shillary loving, climate change believing, etc etc etc (insert random label here).

And how dare you have your own opinion!

How dare you have the opinion that you can dare me to have an opinion.

Not to make light of this, but I can't help myself.

So what? Plenty of men-only spaces in the world.

Plenty of mixed spaces were a lot of women feel threatened by idiot blokes.

If there's enough women who want a woman only space at Glastonbury, then why not?

It doesn't bother me what they do. It does raise questions about prejudice and hypocrisy whether they like it or not.

Amazing isnt it ? Becoming one and the same as what the person is against.

The reality of discrimination and drunken haters causing trouble at this festival is the reason. Those that self-identify as men and want to help their cause have many other avenues to follow.

The irony..

Meanwhile I hear feminists complaining and wanting to infringe on men's clubs all the time.

These people are too daft to recognise their own cognitive dissonance.

By the way white knights. It's not about missing out, it's about the hypocrisy and endless irony of progressivism having gone full circle in supporting segregation. But yeah, I guess I'm a "dudebro" for being bewildered by this double standard..

I think men need to sit down with one another and honestly ask themselves:

Is going to festivals to get drunk and harass women something we want to endorse? Wouldn't a man turn to his dude/bro and tell him to "STFU about all that 12 year old crap and talk about something authentic and interesting for a change."

Like climbing 14'ers, or curing breast cancer, curing bacon, or walking on the surface of mars, barefoot?

As a man with a mother, a lover and a daughter, I don't feel attacked when a woman wants to spend time with the girls. If she has anything to say about me, let it be good things. I have only good things to say about her.

I addressed all opposition statements as the one and only reason is for safety and justified.

No shame - just empowerment for these people to support each other without haters spewing their poison.

OOHHH......like he said. If this attitude is at the heart of the thing it should be seen as sexist, bigoted and exclusionary.

It is all about safety and having a private party.

But , yet had you have read and understood , perhaps you could have answered the following question :
Was it an opposition or a warning ?

Well for one thing its really not a woman's only space. And its a political and philosophical space.

It's a giant restroom issue, with music we probably wouldn't care for anyway.

At least we aren't talking about Silver-back Gorillas anymore.

Let the game's begin!

Get back to me when you are outraged about your local factory pork-farm.

In the meantime, I'm going to be out here, listening to Muse.

Personally, I cannot imagine this private pity party to be a big hit. It is a festival...a social celebration! Why would I toss aside my equality and segregate myself from the festival? It actually seems degrading to women. It cries, 'We are too weak to walk equally among others!' I will not hide in 'safe places', I will walk amongst others and by my actions, show them I am equal. Talk is useless if the rest of the world are excluded from interactions.
