Well, actually, that's not what "the left" wants you to believe at all. It's actually quite simple: the left - at least this representative of that huge fraction - feel that the Law should be obeyed. The Law - at least UK law - is very clear on this, you may want to read the Sexual Offences Act 2003. Engaging in sexual contacts with children will get you sentenced for life.

So, regardless if it is a disease, disorder, sexuality, whatever: it's a crime.

As such, it's a bit like the desire to kill sombody: you can feel the urge - but you aren't allowed to.

We have a little thing over on this side of the pond. If a dog growls at a child, bears its teeth at a child, in many households that means an immediate visit to the vet. Why? Because no one wants to give a dog that threatens like that to another family and maybe put them in danger. If you think we hold humans at a higher level...take a look at the crime around the USA. Blacks killing for sneakers, whites killing children to keep them from the mother, etc. Humans are about as low on the sympathy scale as insects.

And in the case of a pedophile? If you have such urges...you are no where near my child and if you are watching from a distance, I'll be spending the night in jail being patted on the back by both the criminals and the police.

Which they might be, but as far as how they go about living every other part of their lives they are completely normal. They just get off in some weird ways.

If you had read my post correctly, you would have noticed it wasn't a conclusion...it was a prophecy. My Mother-in-law is one of those hard leftists. That it isn't just gay/lesbian/trans rights, it is the right of any individual to do what "makes them happy". Drugs...fine. Deviant sex...fine. She would agree when I say that she would lie, cheat and steal to defame the Catholic religion or any individual in the group.

I have absolutely no doubt that the end result of a progressive utopia is anything goes...as long as you don't hurt your own. You can see this with Obama, Clinton, Reid, Holder, etc. This IS the left agenda. And that is experience not opinion.

Actually...it will stand. You can say it isn't politics but the fact is (for a recent example) the left have no problem with a man using the women's room, etc. The left have no problem forcing straight people to give up liberties to allow gay people to do as they please. The right doesn't want nor stand for that. So if you think it has nothing to do with politics...fine. But everyone for these things are on the left and everyone against is on the right. Or so most people say.

I feel that Salon is deliberately promoting something which has been primarily frowned upon by recent civil society. Cultural Marxists and radicals are doing this in the schools. The Youtube of Cultural Marxism explains it. I think I need say no more.

Nope. Not just her. I've met many on the left. Some moderate and some hardcore. These examples are the hardcore. I'd say out of all the left I've ever met, it is like 10%. Of those I've met recently...35%. Harry Reid admitted lying about Romney and was proud of it. Obama is trying to force schools and hospitals to allow transgenders in biologically separated bathrooms. Holder supports and believes that hate crimes aren't possible against whites...and he is right. Whites aren't a protected class.
