It's not really looking good. You have US officials telling the media they still haven't found evidence she willingly broke the law.

Willingly? The phrase "ignorance is no excuse ..." immediately springs to mind. As does "negligent ...".

She broke the law. There is absolutely zero doubt of that as a fact. What burns folks who 'know' she broke the law, is that we've been subject to that law ourselves, and if we did half of what we know she did, we'd be under the jail or on the run with Edward Snowden.

and Hillary's gonna walk (unless the people make a bigger noise about it)

Maybe she will, but she managed to be the first Democrat woman candidate
for POTUS, and she is the first candidate ever to be under FBI investigation.

A tawdry image she can not shake, that will dirty anyone who
tie them self to her. Some think half of America would
watch the rest of the election with glee if Trump flogs her
for her "criminal actions".

Hi BTS...just thinking yesterday I haven't seen you in a while and you slip in right on cue.

Several months ago, Trump said he definitely would prosecute her on the email scandal.
He wasn't pleased about giving the Clinton Foundation $100,000 and later see them scander it on Chelsea wedding dress...but only commited to an investigation of it.

Looks like a year from now we are perhaps going to see progress leading to her trial.

If she were somehow able to secure the nomination, she would be
the second Clinton to be impeached. What a dirty crooked legacy
...Mr and Ms Impeached....

eta: Hello there to you too.

She broke the law.

Prove it.

There is absolutely zero doubt of that as a fact.

You have zero proof. Unless you are part of the FBI investigative team. If that's the case, you wont be for long.

What burns folks who 'know' she broke the law, is that we've been subject to that law ourselves, and if we did half of what we know she did, we'd be under the jail or on the run with Edward Snowden.

Perhaps, but that does not help your case here. We need facts to convict and so far that old BS line is not helping matters.

Show me some real proof and not the everyday, nothing-new bull#.

So, who was in her basement with her forcing her to use
a private server to hold classified info on it?

The real question that the FBI is going to answer:
Did she use a private server in hopes of evading FOIA
requests. That is the bottom line.

If you won't accept what you've already been shown ... I'm not wasting my time leading you to another stream.

You and your "willingly" excuse/BS. LOL

I don't know, but this is not the first time a private server was used to conduct official US business by someone in an administration. In that other case, it was never prosecuted. Hell, it wasn't even fully investigated even though it was projected that potentially 22 million emails were missing.

It's going to be real tough, unless there are emails or testimony, to prove that intent.

So you can't prove it. Got ya.

You and your "willingly" excuse/BS. LOL

I provided a source for that. I didn't say it. CNN and US officials said it.

The FBI has the goods.

Clinton, on her private server, wrote 104 emails the government says are classified

"After the fact" because the classifiers never saw any while she was in office.

She kept them hidden away.

Who else used a private server to hold Government classified info?
I can think of a few but they were prosecuted for breaking the law.

???

Emails, hmmm. As in recovered emails? Like the ones the FBI recovered?
Certainly you wont be reading about it on MSNBC.

This magnitude of an FBI investigation would not continue if there
was little to no evidence. Its not the boy scouts ...and Hillary's
private server was not the Brave Little Toaster.

The Bush White House email controversy surfaced in 2007 during the controversy involving the dismissal of eight U.S. attorneys. Congressional requests for administration documents while investigating the dismissals of the U.S. attorneys required the Bush administration to reveal that not all internal White House emails were available, because they were sent via a non-government domain hosted on an email server not controlled by the federal government. Conducting governmental business in this manner is a possible violation of the Presidential Records Act of 1978, and the Hatch Act.[1] Over 5 million emails may have been lost.[2][3] Greg Palast claims to have come up with 500 of the Karl Rove emails, leading to damaging allegations.[4] In 2009, it was announced that as many as 22 million emails may have been lost.[5]

Hillary used her own private server. In her basement.
While she was Secretary of State.

Not the same at all.

Ok. Can you show when the US law or security protocols differentiate between private and personal?

I've asked that question many times, as that argument has been used many times, and no one can answer it.

By the way. That server for the Bush admin was owned and stored privatly by the RNC.

The administration officials had been using a private Internet domain, called gwb43.com, owned by and hosted on an email server run by the Republican National Committee

Topic for a different thread.

Hillary's server was set up by Hillary,
and she is now in deep deep bandini.

Not even comparable to the RNC.

It is actually, but that is the standard "finger in ear" response.

Oh that moldy old story.

The first 5 references are all Left Wing sources !!!

It was a vast conspiracy because the Democrats just took over Congress.

It's moldy because the Dems were not willing to engage in witch hunts and the Right Wing operates under an "out-of sight, out-of-mind" mentality.

It's also funny that you point-out the first 5 sources, when many of the rest link to government archives and websites, including the house judiciary.

Nice try Fox. Spread your propaganda elsewhere.

Hillary's server set up by Hillary = 1 crooked politician.
Her own doing at her own free will, colluded with no one.

RNC server = who knows how many politicians but by all means,
get the FBI on it stat.

The reason I bring it up is because the Hillary's legal team can use that information to make the case that similar things have happened and it was never pursued.

Legal precedence.

The case could be made that it is wrong to prosecute Hillary for what she did when the Justice Department and the FBI did not even completely investigate similar issues under another administration.
