Federal prosecutors in the same office that successfully prosecuted 9/11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui — and who would handle any Edward Snowden case, should he ever return to the country — are assisting in the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server, according to U.S. officials familiar with the matter.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Virginia has been assisting in the probe for some months, with prosecutors sitting in on interviews and providing other guidance, the officials said. Their involvement is not indicative that charges are imminent or even likely, but if they were brought, Clinton would be facing a team that is no stranger to high-profile cases involving classified material.

LEXANDRIA, Va. – The hacker "Guccifer," alleged to be Marcel Lehel Lazăr, 44, of Arad, Romania, made his initial appearance today here in federal court on charges relating to unauthorized access of protected computers.
According to the indictment, from December 2012 to January 2014, Lazăr hacked into the email and social media accounts of high-profile victims, including a family member of two former U.S. presidents, a former U.S. Cabinet member, a former member of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff and a former presidential advisor. After gaining unauthorized access to their accounts, Lazăr publicly released his victims’ private email correspondence, medical and financial information and personal photographs. The indictment also alleges that in July 2013 and August 2013, Lazar impersonated a victim after compromising the victim’s acc
“Mr. Lazar violated the privacy of his victims and thought he could hide behind the anonymity of the Internet,” said Dana J. Boente, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. “No matter where they are in the world, those who commit crimes against U.S. citizens will be held accountable for their actions, pursued by our investigators and prosecutors, and brought to justice.”

The investigation is still ongoing, but so far investigators haven't found evidence to prove that Clinton willfully violated the law the U.S. officials say.

Yeah and trump makes fun of reporters with disabilities. Nice to know people support a guy like that.
It is unclear if Hillary Clinton knew of her husband’s meeting with Taghavi. In an email informing Clinton that an unnamed Iranian-American businessman had been released from an Iran jail Clinton asked her aide Huma Abedin who the prisoner was. Abedin informed her it was Reza Taghavi.
