Liberal commentator Cenk Uygur, host of The Young Turks, was delayed last night flying out of Los Angeles. He started taping the delay and commenting on it from the start. As the wait creeps on, passengers start to lose it and become belligerent with each other and with American Airlines personnel.

Then he (Cenk Uygur) goes to board, as one of the last passengers onto the flight. And he’s told that he’s refused transportation as well, that the captain isn’t comfortable with him on the aircraft. And he loses it.

Sounds like people were tired, irritable and some air rage got involved. Doubt if this would have made headlines, if it is was a John Doe kicked off, but with social media power now, you never know.

I just picked up on this story on another forum, so apple-ogies if it is old news to others, but I did not see it on the boards here.

Funny how a guy like Uygur and his authoritarian political views is p/o'ed when the authoritarians exercise their thought policing most of which he seems to support on "camera".

How are his views authoritarian?

I predict youll mention the giant leap from supporting Sanders to socialism to dictatorships. Bingo?

Good. I've never liked the guy. I think I'm gonna become an airline pilot just for the remote opportunity of refusing him his seat.

If you do please explain how refusing to bail out banks fits in that authoritarian political view? Isnt that proof he actually supports capitalism?

Waiting for your spin. Going to be funny.

It's not old news, it just happened recently and the airline did contact Cenk (which was trending on Youtube yesterday) via email telling him that he and the other guy were kicked off because they were filming the event with their cell phones. Apparently the airline claims it's policy to boot people and not provide them with a refund if they film such things.

Authoritarian views? Like what? Oh, let me guess, gun control. Other than that, I can't think of anything that qualifies. In fact, he constantly reports on our police state and wants it dismantled.

But he's the polar opposite of you and your political views so why not say some exaggerated nonsense to attack him. It's very typical.

That was a BS excuse by the supervisors who had to sort this mess out. They were being spiteful.

No need to read other articles, go to the TYT YouTube Channel because all videos are there from start to finish.

Yeah, I was surprised that I picked up on it on another forum instead of here, and did not see it here when I searched.

But the date of the post there was Sunday 10th April, so I thought some people here would have already heard of it. Hence my surprise nothing was posted.

Why would he bitch about it? He knew full well that he was going to be arrested for protesting.

Oh right, the right wing is obsessed with George Soros and the idea he's behind all of this.

You a Glenn Beck fan?
