Thanks, and you are welcome.

One of the kind folks at the Avatar Creation Facility here on ATS made the avatar for me.

Yeah, there are lots of those on the market, but at the minute I do not think I need one yet as I tend not to carry my wifi cards around with me much, except at certain times.

I still prefer cash.

LOL

We've had these chips in our cards for A LONG TIME.

They used to be hidden behind the hologram though. I used my card so much that the hologram wore off and exposed the chip underneath. This was like...8+ years ago.

I think they're not hiding them anymore because people won't freak out these days.

Not sure what you mean by LLLT

If you mean the avatar - it is a surveillance camera, as in cctv which are everywhere now.

The irony is, I just had some fitted indoors at work here last year

Friend? Big mistake putting your older card with acct. number and part of your name in your op. Thats all an identity thief needs to wreck your life!

A lot of cards have chips in them and for quite awhile. I have a Homeland Security I.D. that has my medical info inside, emergency contact info, accts., next of kin etc...and it too tracks all I do.

Its not new, those chips...theyve been around awhile. Even my dog has a locator chip implanted.

Good luck.

I agree. My video wouldnt work. I edited the link. Did you know this.

Passive tags have practical read distances ranging from about 11 cm (4 in) with near-field (ISO 14443), up to approximately 10 meters (33 feet) with far-field (ISO 18000-6) and can reach up to 600 feet (183 meters) when combined with a phased array.

While technology gets better our security gets worse. These RFID chips are a bad idea. Then they force it on card holders.
