First thing, every time I notice a recurring pattern where people post that ATS is getting back to its civilized courteous self, I see posts like this where those in disagreement could do so without the handful with a condescending tone. Call me a p#$$&cat (-cat=??) but the constant attitude that were all opponents in some fight to the death or race to humiliate type behavior is disturbing since nobody was trying to cause confrontation or pick a fight and with so many of the ATS people believing in fringe-ish things I cant believe nobody else gets annoyed by the forcefeeding of a crapload of negative vibes/energy/bad juju coming to read five or six threads entails. I want to be in the mood for enlightened discussion after reading but instead I always just thinking A. Well this is too judgemental a crowd to post my little ol' thoughts for them to tear apart B. There's almost only critiquing of others ideas and consequent measurement of the persons worth given their post and not enough real active listening, expanding on, or challenging. Or C. There's so much page space wasted on cattiness or passive aggressive insults that I'm weary of reading so much over so many pages for the five or six total lines contributing intellectually to the topic at hand. Dunno why I stop and say all this now, this thread is nothing compared to some of the real doozies...think I've just reached my ugly tone quota after the first three threads and will probably publish this thought and go give ATS another break for a few days to focus on positive people building one another up!

Yes DeathSlayer. The last year before my grandmother died, our neighbor a nurse had to come over each week to inject my grandmother with intramuscular medicine. Each single shot of one dose of one medication came to $12,000.00 I kid you not and insurance wouldn't cover a certain percent. Any medical people have any idea what medication I might be talking about? I wonder if I might find out then investigate how close to 12 thousand dollars it costs the manufacturer to create one dose of whatever it is. Like...to create said concoction does it cost thousands because of a very time consuming process? Hundreds? Or just dollars? Or is it even cents by the bucket but having a monopoly on a unique medication someone's simply gotta have just the perfect excuse to rape an entire extended family of their spending money each paycheck? Of course many would say the latter but what is it TRULY!? Also insane will be when something like peroxide is found to be the cure which will be an illegal treatment to perform but the new medication costs thousands little by little to cure since it too will be patented (and to do so theyd merely need to add a drop of a patented color or something to satisfy monopolizing it loll its no longer just peroxide then right? Kinda how bath salts stay legal. Each time the chemical becomes illegal by law a chemist just tweeks it till its a molecule different than its predecessor and viola a patented legal drug it now takes legislation to act on

As far as the subject of vaccination by the way, my niece was born the other month and i was too late telling sis not to vaccinate but my bff had a little boy yesterday (well his wife did) and I asked him to not vaccinate yet not cuz I don't want him vaccinated but in BOTH cases I thought wed go through evvvvverything time and time again before giving the ok but like I learned with my niece I was too late almost immediately. So parents, how long till your baby is vaccinated? At birth or down the road? Can you approve some or is it all or nothing? Are you warned its immediately important Cuz I always thought breast milk kept diseases away for the bwginning, Or do you have to let them vaccinate or they won't let baby in the...Nick-you? NIQU? Nikyu?

Alot of these drugs are not just time consuming but are also made from some pretty expensive a d hard to synthesis chemicals.

A few ml can run into the range of of hundreds or even thousands of dollers from the chemical suppliers.

Then you have to factor in the QC and QA cost. Everything has to be checked a double checked with hundreds of thousands of pages of forms to fill in. Thats a lot of staff to pay and lots of expensive analytical equipment that has has a habbit of breaking and needing expensive repairs.

Then there is the R&D costs. Drugs are not magiced up by a mad professor in a lab.
It requires teams of specialists in the hundreds. They then have to be safety checked and tested and go through the legal hoops to get licenced. This costs hundreds of millions.
You can spend millions on the initial R&D only to have the project fall through.
Worse are drugs you spend $500million on and get to stage 4 trials were they are near to being released only to have something random pop up and the drug to be pulled, BANG thats half a billion investment gone.

So that $12,000 helps cover all the failed R&D projects too. And trust me there is a lot.

But a lot of Pharma to jack up prices for countrys that know insurance companies and governments will pick up the tab, though not as much as you would think. Really that $12k drug you would only be able to shave $1 or 2 k off.

Let me begin by stating that I do support childhood vaccination. I have also read enough case stories of Mom's reporting the development of behavioral changes (autism, Aspergers) following vaccination administration to be concerned that there might be an un identified correlation. I trust that Mom's know their kids better than any MD.

Ok - so that being said here goes...

Most infant vaccines are developed from two primary fetal cell lines WI-38 and MRC-5.

The HeLa cell line is not used to develop infant vaccines it was one of the first immortal cell lines - originated from cervical cancer removed from a patient. The cells have different DNA then human cells some even argue it is a different species. As long as they have a food source the HeLa cells can reproduce without ever ending because of a genetic abnormality in the telomeres.

One problem with HeLa cells is that they grow really, really well and are known to contaminate other cell lines in the same lab. Actually a very big issue.

So here we have an aggressive cancer cell that loves to jump over and grow in any growth medium available and we also have companies mass producing vaccines using live cell strains.

I can see how HeLa contamination of a cell strain that is used for producing childhood vaccines could result in the increase in autism and aspergers rates in children.

The HeLa telomere abnormality = cell immortality.

If you really want to take a conspiracy leap...For all we know the government could be conducting a deliberate experiment they have done so before! There was a study years ago where they deliberately injected HeLa into prisoners.

Envision an attenuated virus in a medium where it is swapping genetic info with cancer cells that have immortal telomeres. Scary!

Another concern is how often do the vaccine manufacturer check the DNA of their culture cell strain and compare it to the original cell strain to make sure that it hasn't mutated. With enough time repeated cell division over several generations mutations occur.

During the development of the vaccine the virus is grown in the live cells and there is exchange of info between the virus and the cell as the attenuated (weakened) virus is developed.

There is potential for unexpected outcomes if there is variation in the fetal cell strain that is being used to develop the vaccine.


Anyways - this is my current conspiracy theory.

When I was working on my first two years of college I took a course in biology. The professor who taught the class offered an interesting way to understand that cancer is not just one disease due to cause but many. In his presentation he first offered how asbestos which under microscope looks like a spear. Is sharp and small enough at its tip and shaft to actually penetrate not only, the outer cell wall. But also make its way into the nucleus without destroying the cell. The resultant effect is that the DNA is disrupted no differently than a spear can harm and even kill a human. But in this case the cell does not die in the strict sense and rather mutates during cell division forming a cell that we generally call cancer.

Cancer is generic term for a condition related to damage to in relation cells that does not result in those very same cells being destroyed in the process. They are viable enough to reproduce but in a way that no longer is consistent to the healthof the organism.

In context cancer is a breakdown of the bodies cells to reproduce normally due to a biological or environmental cause.

Human are not perfect and by default neither are the systems they have created. One can address that issue by criticism the boarders upon a stereotype in relation to all concerned. But in all sincerity, if that were true, realistically speaking mankind would in general still be living in the dark ages.

That would have been great if he had brought a sample of a vaccine tainted with Mycoplasma

Doing that would have actually made sense in support of his assertions.

Otherwise this Microbiologist is making assertions that he cannot support without a simple vial of tainted vaccine.

Seriously I could go to, "Toys R Us" and by a Microscope that would allow me to see a bacterium in a vaccination solution.

With so many discussions it is hard to keep track at times. The one that got to me was the minor rant against me about needing a link...

An issue in this thread is that we have a member who states they are seeing and oncologist and refuses to take a flu vaccine.

That is a serious issue as under the circumstances is actually betting his or her life upon the idea that being vaccinated for the flu would make them worst.

This member is presenting that they have a Cancer related disease.
