Well if your to lazy to exercise a bit or eat a bit more healthy. Then I would say the next best easy option is the man corset. Though I think it
would be easier to run or walk a few miles each day, then do some few hundred push ups, and sit-ups, and pull ups, just for starters, then it would
be trying to get into one of those ridiculous things.
But who knows it may just be right up your alley. I'm not making fun of you brah. OK yes I am. Could not help it.
Drinking more Beer and Not working physically where the calories get from beer doesn't get burn.
If you can't quit beer then do some exercise which will burn your wasted calories resist from converting it into fats.
1) By following a healthy diet & make yourself conformable to do exercise on regular basis at least one hour. This is what i followed to change myself
to be healthy.
