Except that is about kids with the welfare, who rather you like it or not if they are born here are citizens.

And the second one is about them voting at all.

So how am I wrong on both accounts when nothing you posted is about what I said?

Where are you from originally, if you don't mind my asking?

Feel free to tell me none of your business.

I've lived in HK for the last 16yrs.

I'm american and been in the resto biz all my life so i know something about illegals and legals and what they face.

I've worked a lot of seasonal resorts and the seasonal work is filled by a lot of transients from other countries that don't have permits or work visa's, that are there for the winter or summer.

Here in HK it's a $300,000.00hkd fine and some serious jail time if employers are caught employing illegals.

it's a tough call for some. Especially in affluent places.

The kids don't need to work, population swells to double or more and there are not enough locals to fill the jobs needed at peak season. Then they take off till next year, maybe.

What wouldn't be tolerated are illegal felons.

The idea of sanctuary cities are insane. Why in the world would any sane person want to live in a city or town that gives immunity to illegals, some WITH A RECORD. I think there is such a thing as being way way too liberal until its bad for health.

And the cities and towns are breaking fed laws.

It IS insane to think that actually happens.

I'm pretty sure these people are wanted for crimes in their home countries too.
