And for the people that think it's frozen diesel, obviously you haven't worked on a farm, of even seen diesel spills, in sub-zero winters.
Diesel does not form separately almost symmetrical 3d hexagon type objects, laid out in an almost perfect circular pattern.

It could of been spilt in with whatever else it is as s combination of factors.
Diesel is a potential due to the coloration.
I wouldn't isolate it as a cause.
Even oil spots cause rainbow colors.
