Ummm...Hello again...I thought I would share some of my personal "one liners"

Here's to the smiles I'm about to cause the creation of......

1. Aging...a singular personal thing thinning hair depends and prune juice...don't go there...

2. I cannot fathom nor define the depth in measure or in mind of soul or thought that can be found if we but chance to glance around...

3. I am trying to measure my own worth...shy hands filled with nothing...ear-like pockets empty hang...

4. A tree of purest silver whose branches split the air glowed in the night for the briefest span as the thunder god was there...

5. We smite injustice with symbolic blows yet suckle travesty and Cheshire smile and play vain opus catcher in the lie and innocent preen courtly all the while...

6. Individuals are filters of humanity through which reality accretes as the focal lens of the mind directs a self fulfilling perception...

7. Seasons flow as seasons will in tally scribe each counted day while time still houses with us still...whom we had bade away...away...

There...I think that's a goodly start...don't you think...?

NOW...let's hear some of yours...just remember...no quotations or borrowing...these have to be yours and yours alone...

Thank you in advance for the use of your mind...as I implant these ideas deep within your conscience...in hopes that they sprout emoting of course...

Wow! you write metaphoric prose like Ray Bradbury (my fave author).

Definite star & flag!

(Sorry I can't come up with anything non-derivative and similarly eloquent at the moment).

The tiny body of the dead child lay in his arms and the ache felt like dazed incomprehension. He was unable to rage or cry but every thread of being lusted desperately for its release.

Ummm...too cool OuterSpace...I think I've felt that gaze on the back of my neck before...funny...

(He turns and glances into the sun...pissing himself in terror as the sound of wing beats cover the faint stir of whisker twitching)...

Ummm...Red Stag or Rye...Bourbon makes me feisty...or is that combative...?

Ummm...Wow...I thank all that is that I have not been placed in such a position...

(A wrenching moan tears at the fabric of soul as sense flees while animism arises pregnant with impotency)

Beams Choice, a quadruple in a schooner glass with cola and sipped slowly, watching the stars wheel past the the dish as it searches out its index star.
