Not My Dog...

I've noticed that, after a short period of time, dogs start to respond to You Little Git.

No idea why... unless they heard it somewhere

My dog, Jimmy, responds to pretty much everything and anything. In fact, a friend was here a few weeks ago and kept calling him Otto, which is her cat's name. Jimmy was more than okay with being Otto for the night.

It's all about the tone you use, really.

As for name suggestions... since we're here on ATS and its motto is Deny Ignorance, how about... Dinah? Stretching as hell, I know... but I kinda like names that come from Hebrew, so... sorry...

We think along the same lines when it comes to names. I had an Australian Shepard named Maggie. I had 3 goats named Amy, Emily, and Natalie. Amy thought she was a dog. I love the name Cara.

She does look like a Chiyo.

Thank you..I still have a couple more days..but I believe she'll be sticking around

I ended up always just calling my pup bubs, even tho her name was nikki.

Finding it hard to be patient..figured it was close enough to the ten days at least to think about it.

And ty for helping..I really mean it..kept my mind off of her leaving and kept me calm while the days passed..

Ya she is a cutie for sure.
Had to give her up when I moved, couldn't have a dog here. but she went to a good home with some friends.

And ya no problem, I don't ever mind talking about our four legged friends!

1. Just be patient, put out food and water, don't raise your voice or make sudden movements. Almost ignore her until she comes to you. She will.

2. 10 mile run? I only run if from something or to something.

Today is the last day..and my mom won't let me name her Chiyo...so, I still got to find her a name.

She is doing well..I don't think she will ever "fatten up". She is a hard, cold, killer of small animals. ( more like she chases them around just to annoy them)

But, as soon as her new wardrobe gets delivered and I get her nails painted..I'm sure that she will stop that nonsense.
Wouldn't want to chip a nail...

All joking aside ( am I joking? you'll never know)
