Betrayal truly crushes your heart
The physical pain is quite sharp
Sadness, confusion, then anger forms
My mind is twirling and brewing a storm
Tears shed, then quickly flee
Sorrow flips and now red I see
Blue veins pulsing at a rapid speed
Excuses were made but there was no need
