Those are legitimate issues but this thread is about food choices right now.
You should start a thread about those other issues because I'm sure it would get attention.

Gotcha. That's any shellfish. The real issue is you have no way of knowing how long the things been dead and that's why they say that. If it just died and you know it just died and cook it it won't make you sick. They all die when they get cooked.

I thought the issues I raised were relavant? We are talking about the ethics of food are we not?

Would you be prepearred to discuss your views if I started a thread on these issues?
