I remember in the 70s or early 80s. Muhamed Ali fought a well-known black belt I don't remember the man's name. When the bell rang the black belt got on the mat on his hands and feet with his belly up. I think it is called the crab position ?

Anyway it wasn't much of a fight whatsoever Ali couldn't hit the guy because he was to low and the karate guy could not kick Ali because he was too quick .

it was without a doubt the most boring exhibition fight I had ever seen .

He was fast though, one good shot and Lee would be flat out.

He would never get that shot and if he did I wouldn't underestimate Lee's ability to take a punch. In a fight, speeds going to win almost every time.

Seriously? Part of martial arts is learning pain management and pain tolerance. I've spent hours getting kicked and hit with no pads simply to deaden the nerves and get used to being hit. I would assume Lee had been hit many, many times more than I ever have.

Keep in mind that Lee once kicked a dude so hard that when the guy fell backward the impact BROKE ANOTHER GUY'S ARM.

Lee, all day long, any day.

I once asked a French mate what he would do if there was no more cheese and he pinned me against a wall and made me agree never to say that again

Yes, because my decision would be to form a cheese underground, and raise a finger to the cheese taking overlords.

Cheese gives me kidney stones so I have to be careful so bacon all the way.

you dont remember all that well then.
that was antonio inoki. a very well rounded catch wrestler that could have and would have put the hurt on ali with the quickness had the rules allowed.

it didnt go exactly like you said(close though) and that was because of the rules stipulated by ali.
