Okkk.. the new pictures NASA just released show some interesting detail...
What do you think, I tried to enhance the part that looks like a standing statue or giant.

Well.. I see something there, and it appears to have a shadow to.
Perhaps a probe that are investigating that strange lights, just as we are...

Very beautiful! these pictures make it look like lakes of fluorescent liquid. Can't wait to see even closer pictures. The statue looks like a protruding spit of rock the round circle that glows in the corner is most interesting to me.

Every new picture looks like the last, give or stake a bit less grainy.

Not clear enough to call it anything.

Honestly, sometimes I wonder if Nasa just uses these rover-bots and anticipation pictures (closer...closer..closer... it's nothing!), just to hypnotize while they are up to creating and using much larger projects that public aren't told.

But that could just be the conspiracy in me. I don't see the value in $Billions to $Trillions (over time it has accumulated) on car size robots equipped with decent cameras and probes as well.

As for these pictures.. not clear to call it anything but shiny landscape in a crater.

Quite the imagination there to see a statue.

You see beauty in a moldy-looking dot inside a boring crater?

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Honestly not being rude, I see beauty in landscapes like earth. Impressed you can see it in a crater

I'm not going to say it's a monolith.

But it's a monolith.

Greetings and Salutations- To be quite frank, "Hi, I'm Frank...." I don't see anything that would be a "shock to My senses" but I am a neophyte when it comes to matters as these, with that being typed I find it interesting nonetheless and appreciate You taking the time to share w/the class, not to mention I also appreciate Your enthusiasm for the subject and well, if You see 'something' I hope whatever it is, reveals itSelf to You.. If the great thinkers of the past gave 2 squirts what other's thought, We'd still be watching black/white t.v.s hahaha Shirley, I jest ( I thought I was Frank?)

If by "shadow" you mean the dark line moving down and to the right (at about the "4 o'clock" position), then that is not a shadow. If you look at the first image you posted (in your quote above) you can see that the shadows are pointing upwards, more towards the "12 o'clock" direction.

what is it that I'm missing?

I see a blob of light or dark but nothing worth wasting time viewing.

If aliens exist why do they build blobs?

What if the shadow is being caused by the huge light source directly behind it?

What type of statue do you see? Is it more Statue of Liberty or Angel of the North?
