When will it stop

I haven't been on here lately due to personal reasons.

I'm going through a divorce, non contested but it's draining me. My ex and I just do not get along as a couple. We were better as friends honestly. I'm trying to do it all on my own and it's not easy. I had a lawyer but then my car broke down. BOTH of my cars are at my mechanic. I own two and can't drive either. I can't work and that sucks because it's easy money I NEED right now. I feel like everything that can go wrong has and is.

My Mustang is only in the shop because it sat for almost two years and I blame my soon to be ex husband because he HATES that car and is honestly jealous of it, sad honestly. He always promised to maintain it and he didn't. I didn't work because I stayed home with our son so I couldn't do it. I always had that car maintained the 5 years I drove it before it sat. Now it needs a fuel pump, tires, battery and minor regular maintenance things but they all add up!! I just want to cry. I feel like he did it on purpose because he always wanted me to sell it and I refused. It was a damn good car to me for 5 years, NO ISSUES EVER! So I had to buy a new car when I got pregnant because I couldn't fit behind the wheel and I needed to put a car seat in it and it wouldn't fit rear facing. So I bought a PT Cruiser, worst mistake of my life! Tinker if you're reading you were right!! Anyway we put an engine in it in 8/2013.

You probably have illegal characters in the body of the text. I find the shifted . and , (less than-greater than) signs bugger things up.

If you were local to me I could fix your car (even though I seriously dislike fords and chryslers are a pain as well), but, we are all, all over the place. Maybe somebody local to you on ATS has a friend?

Ok since ATS wants to mess with me too I just copied what I had the end and put it in notes and screen shot it...UGH!

Hang in there. You will be just fine. Mostly stress and aggravation. Take one step at a time and it will all fall behind you. Just do not look back, no matter how bad you want to. Look forward to the new life your going to create. Remember, we all are in your corner. Stay strong. Stay safe.

Can't you get the tires and the battery fixed ?

Have someone take you to get a battery and put it in. It's simple.

Then see if anyone has a air pump. You could air up the tires.

It just seems that part is simple. Maybe you can't do it. I don't know.

But, if I had my nice ride sitting over there. And, the dude just left you.

i would not let those minor things keep me stuck.

Thank you very much. I'm trying. I have good meds which I swear help but I feel im one step from a breakdown but I can't because my son needs me.

My whole life everytime things are going smooth it all falls apart so it's hard to think positive. I just want my car back so I can get to work!

It needs a fuel pump!!! I can't do that and it's not going anywhere even if I had the battery and tires on it. My mechanic is working on it but money is an issue. I can make the money once I have a vehicle.

The tires have sat too long they all need replacing especially since I drive 70 miles one way to work.

It is really hard for me to ask for help, always has been. I also left him. I was very unhappy for a long time.

The other car, the PT needs a timing belt! My mechanic isn't sure yet about any other issues with it but I have to call him at 4pm to find out. I had just cleaned and detailed it last week and out a for sale sign on it and this happens! I've had no issues with it til now just as I want to sell it.

Listen lady, I cannot pretend to know what you are going through at the moment, having never been married, or anything even remotely similar to it. What I will say, is that I hope that everything works out in an acceptable fashion in the end. You deserve a cascade of reasons to smile, not a domino demolition effect!
