"Yes you can teach right and wrong, but it still takes judgement to decide which is which.
If you see someone doing what you have been TAUGHT to be wrong, then you judge them accordingly as a wrongdoer."
Two people. Both of them steal.
The first one you say to them behold I saw you stealing you are in the wrong. Judgment
The second one you say behold I say to you that stealing is wrong. Teaching
One is judgment the other the teaching lets the person decide if their wrong or not. One is personal the other is not personal.

Well, try being the parent of a small child sometime without judging. It's pretty much impossible.
24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.
3“Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 4 How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
