I don't think we are supposed to win. Winning means no more big fat contracts and rivers of money flowing into the War Machine. With no enemy to fight we might have to spend some money on bridges, roads, education, etc. and we can't have that now can we??

The claim is that Obama is "comfortable" with extremism.

Hmmm.

He does seem to shrug off lots of obvious problems like there's "nothing to see here".

Yeah, he kinda did. It was a bit tricky though, hidden in plain sight right in the OP. To see it you must use the dying art form known as reading with comprehension.
