Can Our Thoughts Change Our Energy and Thus Change Our Bodies?

Diseases attack the body. They themselves are living things. The bodies natural healing process may not be able to "heal" itself from all outside invaders.

The human body is a wonder and does come with its own "seek and destroy" defense mechanisms against microbial invaders, however, it is NOT 100% effective at it nor can it kill all invaders.

Happy thoughts do not stop the black plague.

But it can help the effectiveness of medicinal things we consume.

It can increase our appitite, increase our motabolism. Ect.
But thinking happy thoughts will not cure malnutrition, All the processes these emotions and focused thoughts interact with are ones that require sustainence such as food and nutrients to work effectively.

Nothing is energy.

Energy is the ability of an object to do work or otherwise effect other objects. In other words, there are only objects and what those objects do. Thoughts are not objects, they have no mass, and thus no energy.

Perhaps thought itself is made of substance/s that have not yet been measured by science.
I know we can measure their effect but I believe their cause is yet to be explained
