Whilst looking baock over the firth board I came across this post ... don't forget it was written in 2001 ... is this prophetic or what?

I just found it kind of funny that the big bad FEMA may be no more in the next few years. I wonder how the community will react to this one!

A recent study has decided that America is quite vulnerable to attack through unconventional means on it's own soil.

They propose the creation of a new Agency, the National Homeland Security Agency which will integrate all the responsibilities of FEMA, the Coast Guard and Customs/Border Patrol.

I believe, that if someone can think of it, then it has a possibility to be true. Although, some ideas are just way out there, that they could never come true. But at the same time, a lot of things have happened in the past, that no one thought would come true. Like the invention of the plane, I'm sure at one time people thought it would never happen. So I'm guessing that this is going to be impossible to explain, or come up with one answer. A multi-sided answer.
