He is a liar, he is not even talking about the property rights that is the reason the vaccine is on hold, that angers me to the max.

Also what is the plan of attack with ebola in the US without a vaccine? a cocktail of drugs like Tamiflu and those to treat aids?, because they have been approve by the FDA?

I guess the way to stop an epidemic is to make sure that the infected dies quietly in isolation and keep the ones that had contact with them also isolated.
