A weather balloon after all! (Supposedly) Haha. Nice find, Trillium.

Well that's definitely a weather balloon, you can see the creases in it.

the idea that it is a weather balloon is suspect in my opinion. Hot air balloonists rely on the wind being in different directions at different altitudes. As I understand it they navigate by changing height to find a wind direction they need to go in the required direction. I think it highly unlikely that there is ever a time when there is no wind up there.

Thats why I doubt it was a weather balloon - in spite of the way it looks.

I can tell you that it didn't move up, down or sideways for at least 2 hours. No balloon can do that.

I think it was really odd that Ray Hadley said that it was confirmed as a drone??

I'm on my phone so I can't post a pic atm, but there is a more detailed photo on the Facebook link that Moonmystic posted above. A controlled balloon type drone possibly??

The timing of the duration of the sighting did coincide with the terrorist raids.
