Okay. RFID Chips can be entered into your brain through the skull by acoustic sattellites.

I thought I'd offer some uncontroversial information. I have been tattered by acoustic bullets which turned out to be RFID Chips. I know because they turn my brain into a supercomputer. You do not need an army physician to do it.

My experience is they destroy people not develop them any new capabilities being specific adaptation to imposed demands maybe you are misinterpreting what is happening.
