I agree! It was two streets over and I could still hear it over my music. Can you imagine how loud it must have been for People living in the street?

It stopped just after 12 midnight...but if I lived in the street with small kids...I would have been furious.

It is inconsiderate!
Years back when we had a family birthday, we sent notes and invites to everyone in the street...to let them know and invite them, just out of courtesy.
