Crazy cat lady! Yep; my family has said I better watch it or they'll have to call me that.
But, at least I'm not a hoarder....
the most cats I ever had was seven (except for when there were litters of babies, you know).....

All of them either shelter pets or strays.....
lots of stories there.

Politics; kind of like economics. I'm trying to learn more about them both, and what I'm learning is kind of intimidating. Partly because it changes faster than I can keep up with.

I feel worse about the parakeets, though.
One of them flew away when my kid was supposed to be cleaning the cage.
The other one died when my kid fed it chicken scratch instead of birdseeds.

Plus there were the chickens. And feral barn rats that all drowned themselves in the horse tank one night. Long stories.

The good news is, I never had to bury one of my horses/mules/ponies. I don't know if I could deal with that.
