I am a human being and a full blooded adult American citizen currently sitting on a chair firmly perched in the midwest of the United States of America. The rest really shouldn't matter because my rights apply regardless.

Those who choose to make allegations regarding my character are clearly not the most likable characters themselves. That's their problem and one I can easily choose to ignore. It takes two to tango, after all. Let them burn their own bridges, not mine.

ETA: Any theists who really want to know who I am can ask me themselves. Let us strike up a serious, thoughtful, mature, intellectual conversation and find out what makes each other tick. Come on, don't be afraid! Get it from the horse's mouth!

There's a rash of anti-atheist posts and threads on here at the moment, with non-atheist members busy slapping labels on you all.

I'm an agnostic, for the record....

And personally have no problem at all with atheism.

I'm just hoping to give you all a platform to straighten out the misunderstandings, for the benefit of our theist members. They think they know a lot about you all.

I like people who make assumptions. It's like viewing their profile. They tell me exactly who they are without me ever having to ask a question, and that's when I decide whether or not I care to associate with them.

Assumptions make everything much easier.

I'm just me, I say what I think, laugh as much as possible,love with a passion, what difference does the rest of it make ?

My life formed my opinions, and they still change occasionally when presented with things I didn't know or hadn't thought about.

I'm evolving every minute, and wouldn't want it any other way.

Herding people into "primary" memes is a game theists need to play.

Along the lines of this false logic: If you don't stand for something, you don't stand for anything.

So step one in the game is getting someone to pick their primary meme. Step two is saying my primary meme is superior to yours... it has a user manual that is 2000 years old!

That's what the whole point was.

Maybe that's because we don't find the labels important, any more so than being atheist agnostic or religious.
